I also requested that there be more SEARCH CRITERA added. I've asked to allow users to search for offers by the CREATIVE ID#'s (found in the link you use to run the offer) and also to search for campaign by placing your exact link in the search bar. I'm not sure I understand your most recent message. Are you saying that if we have a link on our site from Bizoppnetwork and that offer has expired... then the user will be redirected to another good link and we will get credit for that offer??
I am also confused on which offers are active and which are expired. I would expect that any and all offers which show up inside your admin site when we look at CAMPAIGNS... are all active. Is this correct?
I believe a lot of our forum affiliates have stopped running your offers due to the confusing nature of what is active and what is expired. It takes a lot of work to constantly update links and remove them and then put them back up again.
Many of us have several domains with dozens of webpages on each domain and it just isn't feasable to be constantly updating The Bizoppnetwork links... especially when your competitors don't require this very much...

When we login to our BON accts and see the above campaigns which appear to be ready and avaiilable... it is only natural to assume they are active. It is much too confusing to review these and go back and look at all the emails from your company and try to figure out which ones are currently active and available for use.... and which ones are not???

Once again it is just not practical to constantly be adding and removing these links on our websites. We are also partners with ROI ROCKET and PEAK NETWORK and they use many of the same offers as you... However, we don't need to change them nearly as often as we do with Bizoppnetwork.... and when they do expire an offer, they give us credit for the redirect. ROI rarely expires a campaign.
I see your notices in the above postings and they are helpful but there are plenty of our Affiliates who don't come here on a regular basis and may or may not get your email notices. There are also many who depend on a service to update their websites and change their links.
When we login and see the above offers they look active to us. It would seem that your programmer could at least make some kind of notation next to those that are currently active and those which aren't... I do see a link inside BON which says: "View Deactivated Campaigns". However, there are only two listed since June 2008-

You are correct in everything you have stated. I have been so frustrated with the whole situation and lack of tools to make changes easily. In fact Natalie and I just talked on Friday.
I cannot tell you how many times I have been in contact with biz ops asking for both the tools to make changes easily and that we get paid for any sales that are redirected. After all many on this forum pay thousands of dollars a month in advertising. It's a fact that they make more changes in one week than most companies do in two months or more.
Lets take the latest link that was posted on Friday, which expires on Monday.

I went to the biz ops site on Friday to find the campaign information so I could use one of many methods to either find the code or banner on one of my many web pages.
They had already removed it and it was not on the deactivated campaign list. The information was no where to be found. Since I have been working with Natalie on some of these issues I I'med her and told her the problem I was having and she unhid it for me temporarily.
I feel bad for Natalie, because I have been taking each one to her hoping it would force this to get addressed. In fairness to her Natalie has worked very hard to help get some issues resolved.
It's not perfect yet but working through her I got them to fix the deactivated campaign link. I believe they are putting the finishing touches on it.
I am told and it appears to work that if you find any of your links being redirected to the Homebusinessconnection it means the links have expired and we DO NOT get paid.
I believe we should get paid especially considering the way they operate, but at least the link being redirected to the same page can be of some help in identifying the expired links.
I am also promised that in the future we will be able to search using either the expired link or campaign information in the near future. At least we will be able to double check that the link has expired and ensure we have the right one.
I am also hoping that we can address the fact that we pay for advertising and should be paid for any links that are redirected. I believe the higher ups are resistant to this, but it may and clearly should happen.
On Friday she asked if I thought some of the business would come back if they fixed these issues. I told her that I would be more than happy to let everyone know when we have the appropriate tools and addressed all of the above issues. I have informed them that this is a business and we treat it as such. I told he then that I like many others had removed links because of all of these issues, but would put them back up and that I would give them a chance once resolved.
Natalie wants to help us and I sincerely thank her for both letting me vent and doing what she can to help fix the problems. Natalie I believe is being forced to do a lot of manual labor that would not be necessary if the system was fixed. In addition everyone should know she will work with you to increase payouts on selected offers. Please call her.
In summary here are the things I am working to get resolved:
1. Notification to everyone of all expiring links in advance. The expired campaign link should be working now and Natalie post them on the forum along with the campaign info. If you are not receiving the emails call them so you can get the issue resolved.
2. An easy way to identify links that have expired especially when they are redirected. It is my understanding that if they go to homebusinessconnection they are expired and we DO NOT get paid.
3. The ability to search for expired campaigns to look up the code, etc to make it easy to search for the links on our site. This should be coming soon.
4. Getting paid for any redirected links. If they can pay us for redirected links when a campaign hits a cap the can certainly do the same thing for all of them. We pay to advertise and considering the work involved with the many changes it's the right thing for them to do as a company.
In my opinion we will soon see if the management and not just Natalie wants to helps us or not. As always Erich you are spot on.

I don't hold Natalie responsible for the problems at BON. She just happens to be on the front line and gets the brunt of our frustrations. I believe she is doing everything within her power to make things the way they should be...
BizOppNetwork was previously the industry leader in offering online income opportunities. That was when they had little competition. Now they have several companies doing the same thing and these new companies are probably getting a bigger share of the leads the clients need and are willing to make available.
The biggest problem BON must overcome to get our affiliates using them as before is to give us credit on redirects [like our other partners do] and do not list a new campaign unless they have plenty of business to go around.
If one or more of their clients only needs a limited number of leads... then they should simply offer it to some of their best affiliates via email. It doesn't do any good for them to list it for a short period and then expire it. That is no good for anyone. It clouds up the listings and confuses many of their affiliates.
Consider for a moment how much business they do on redirects where they are not paying us any commission. It's almost as if the higher ups over there do this on purpose so they can maximize their profits....
I have moved many of my links over to Peak and ROI until they get their act together...

What you say is very true, The Biz Opp Network was at one point the Top Leader in online income opportunities however we’ve not floated too far from the top! We still remain among the Top Networks out there, and we now/still work closely wth our competition.
We work with many networks that run offers from us & we also directly run some from them. Because we do work with majority of our competition whenever one makes a change (referring to an offer or a request to change something), we then have to make that change. We like to keep a variety of providers on our list & maintain good relations with all, this continues to make our network stronger & flexible.
With regards to your concerns with redirects: All affiliates WILL receive credit if an offer is redirected. As I mentioned in a previous post, we will only redirect an offer if an Advertiser suddenly requests we do for one reason or another, an offer may need a redesign, or there’s a technical error occurring. Again everyone will continue receiving the equal amount of credit while the other offer is in. IF conversions suddenly drop due to the new redirected offer we have no problem adding in leads which credits your earnings to match what you’ve been brining in. Although we do make sure to replace an offer with an equal converting campaign. The only time credit is NOT given is when an offer is announced to go inactive, at that time you have a certain time period which credit is given up to (typically a week). In case you’re not receiving our announcements your Affiliate Manager will be in contact with you IF you’ve shown any statistics for that offer in the past month.
I understand that compared to a lot of networks we have A LOT of changes that occur – which are communicated to you through our Announcements. We go through these changes too & please trust that we do all we can do eliminate having to make them before they’re announced. However we also look at these changes in a positive light. We ARE constantly bringing NEW offers in, removing offers that aren’t doing as well, while trying to keep the amount of offers to a happy-medium, also pretty’ing up our offers and making updates to increase conversions, listening to our advertisers/working with them on their needs, and most importantly keeping everyone in the loop – we believe it’s better to over communicate then under… If you do not work directly with an Affiliate Manager already please contact me, Natalie ngrazan@cemedia.com. If you tend to ignore the announcements we send, or don’t receive them, your affiliate Manager will be sure to personally communicate with you & keep an eye on all you’re running – so there are 2 sets of eyes on your site.
Again, please understand that we do all we can to avoid having to redirect our offers. This does not keep our stat sheets clean & can honestly get confusion on our end. But we use our professionals to the best of our ability & it’s not let us down yet.

Thanks for coming and updating us on a few issues of concern. It is good to know that TheBizOppNetwork is now giving us credits for redirects. I'm sure that will be a factor for our members when they consider running your offers.
As I said before... the biggest problem we have is the offers expiring so often. This really creates a lot of extra work for us when we have to go thru all our websites... page by page... and make the changes. Even if there is a redirect and we get credit... we still must change the content to fit the redirected offer.
Now that you've solved the problem of redirects, which was a major step forward, it would be good to get your clients to make longer term commitments. We can understand the "lead" offers expiring due to the client getting all they can handle... However, we would expect the sales offers like Google Payday, Ebay, and Dollar Store to stay up for much longer periods... if not indefinitely. This is what we see with a couple of your competitors....

Natalie, Thank you for coming here to post. I am in hopes as I'm sure others are that you will get the portion of your post below changed so we get paid for all redirects.

If you can pay us for ones that reach a cap it should be no problem to do so for expired offers. It would at least be helpful for a period of 30 days after an offer expires. I also noticed that you mentioned in your post that we get a week in most cases. I think a more accurate time would be a 2 - 4 days. If you do not login to the forum or have problems receiving e-mails then this is not enough time for many people.
Biz Opps changes offers so often that it is almost impossible to keep up with you links. I have not heard back from you, but the last I heard you were checking on this for us with your mangement team. Have you gotten an answer back?
I know from working with you personally that you are still working hard to make is so it will be easier to locate expired or inactive offers. You have always tried to help and we appreciate your efforts.
