Purpose

This a FREE Forum and was created to help all people locate a valid and legitimate Online Work At Home Income Opportunity. It does not cost anything to become a registered member and make postings and create threads.... You will not receive any email spam as a result of becoming a registered member.

This will be the place in which you will finally locate a proven online income opportunity.

Another function of this Forum is to help the members of the TOPS 3 Phase Profits Group develop their own Work At Home Directory Website. That is the reason you see the Boards titled Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3.

The Tops 3 Phase Profits Members are especially interested in those topics.

Premium TOPS members are provided a website programmed with 6 separate income streams plus the TOPS opportunity itself. The 3 Phase Profits (3PP) training is an optional component of the TOPS program, and it is available free to Premium TOPS members.

This is just one of many different and legitimate Work At Home Opportunities you will find discussed here by our members. You will only get the privilege of posting a Home Business Opportunity on the Forum if you are a registered member and have a link coming into the forum from your webpage. You must also be able to prove two months of income if asked (a minimum of two cashed paychecks). Here is the HTML Code to place a Link to the Forum:

General Rules

- You may not ever represent yourself as another person, company or entity.

- You may not use curse words.

- Users agree not to use the email addresses of any members of the forum for any other purpose than individual personal communication.

- We all have opinions, but please keep your posts polite and friendly. Be respectful of other people’s opinions even if you don’t agree.

- If a post or thread gets out of hand and rules have been broken, the post may be locked, deleted and/or edited to remove any flaming or cursing.

- Please notify the Administrator (Erich) or a Moderator if you feel there is a problem with a thread or a member. Do not try to take matters into your own hands.

- Because of unique situations or a few people who may abuse our forum or cause other problems (even if those are not listed in the rules), the Administrator and the Moderators reserve the right to react to these issues in a way that protects both the forum and its members.

- We do not allow "Sign Profit" signatures here. You are however allowed to advertise your WAH website, TOPS/3 Phase approved and recommended opportunities, and useful advertising/marketing tools in your Signature. Marketing Programs are not allowed in Signature unless first pre-approved by the Forum Administrator.

- Other legitimate online income opportunities are also allowed in your signatures as long as you are able to prove 2 MONTHLY paychecks of income and are in a profit mode. You must also have a link coming into the forum from your webpage.

- One exception is that we do not allow promotions or marketing of PlugInProfits [PIPS] or anything related to PIPS in your Postings or in your Signature File. Even though SFI is part of PIPS it is also included in 3PP so it is allowed.

- Avatars are not to be used for promotional purposes. You also cannot use graphics or banners in your signature files.

- Affiliate links are not allowed in postings unless they are specifically for the TOPS opportunity itself, and then only the TOPS Forum Managers, Moderators, and Admin are allowed to post them using forum code only. If a new member joins the forum and wants more information about the TOPS/3PP opportunity,please email the Forum Administrator or go to the following:

- You are free to promote any company you choose in the 2 Categories and Boards set up for that purpose (see above for the links) and in your signature, as long as you are able to prove 2 MONTHLY paychecks of income and are profitable... you also need to have a link coming into the forum from your webpage. Any posts containing non-approved promotions outside of these guidelines or located in any other boards of the forum will be considered spam and promptly edited and/or deleted.

- Members are not allowed to use the TOPS/3PP forum for recruiting new members into their downlines of any work at home opportunity, other than via qualified postings in the two business opportunity boards mentioned above and via your forum signature. You also cannot PM another member and offer them any work at home opportunity. This is grounds for immediate account cancellation! If a member makes first contact requesting specific details about a program, you are allowed to respond... but soliciting them outside someone clicking on your signature file... is forbidden.

- We also don't allow promotion of any webhosting accounts other than I-Power or BlueHost. These are the approved companies for Domain Registration and Web Hosting for both TOPS and 3 Phase Profits.

- Quick 2-4 word posts will no longer be allowed. The Moderators and Administrator will be looking for and deleting these posts from here forward.

- No one has authorization to copy the TOPS website, template, or 3PP training materials and provide them to anyone that is not already a TOPS/3PP member. If you are referring someone to TOPS/3PP, they would need to sign up for their own Premium TOPS membership either via your TOPS affiliate link. - No one may advertise or actively use any of Erich Winnecke's website copyrighted content/template and material until they have completed Phases 1 and 2 of the 3PP training and have been accepted into Phase 3. Prior to Phase 3 acceptance, TOPS/3PP members may of course use the templates and materials provided to aid in building their websites, but for training purposes only. However, the basic TOPS site that was provided when signing up for a Premium TOPS membership may be freely advertised at any time.

Please be advised we are no longer accepting new members into the Tops 3PP program because we do not want to flood the internet with Tops websites. We feel a moral obligation to our members and will not create any additional competition for them than already exists.
