Lori, Thanks for your response but I think that it is not necessary to have 10 EA's in order to get to STL. Yes, as you said, I need 2 BTL's which I have but not 10 EA. Tal P.S. I just looked at SFI site and this is the qualifications for STL. Silver Team Leader (STL)—SFI's second-highest leadership rank. Requires 15 SVP, two personally sponsored BTLs, and 10 downline EAs, who can be sponsored by you or anyone else. This is the new info I got from the SFI Dboard which was posted by Gery Carson. So I guess that we DON'T need 15 SVP to become STL. This is great. Silver Team Leader (STL) 10 SVP (Sales Volume Points) AND 10 EAs in your network* AND (2) personally sponsored BTLs OR (1) personally sponsored STL
