For those of you who may not have received this announcment from Gery Carson:

We have made one more change to the new Team Match that I wanted you to be aware of.

In short, we've added dynamic compression! This means that instead of being limited to earning Team Matches on just six generations, you can now earn literally infinitely deep in your organization.

As an added benefit, this simplifies Team Matches, too.

It will work like this: Six Team Matches will be paid out on each EA in your organization. To be more specific, the six CLOSEST Team Leaders to the EA. That is, when commissions are processed, the system will "walk" upline generation by generation, until it finds six Team Leaders (excluding the Sponsor) and pay them the Team Match.

Now, if you look at this from your perspective looking downline, that means that you can earn Team Matches on EAs in your 5th, 50th, 500th, or even 5000th level equally. So long as you are one of first six Team Leaders found in the upline, you'll earn the Team Match.

This is a POWERFUL enhancement that allows you to earn much, much more than before!

The new "Super Genealogy" will also allow you to display and contact every EA you're earning a Team Match on each month, regardless of the generation they reside in. This is another valuable enhancement to the plan because it means you can now identify your "go getters" --no matter where they reside in your organization--and communicate with them and work with them to create more and more growth!

One last thing: January is looking GREAT so far! And this can only get better as the new "Super Genealogy" is finished up, and several other related features and tools are released. 2007 is going to be an AWESOME year!

If you are not a TL and have sponsored affiliates that have not upgraded to EA yet think of ways to get them to upgrade. Your earning potential in SFI will go up dramatically with this new feature - once you become a TL

Hi Chris..my head is spinning with SFI. One of my goals for the new year is to learn SFI in and out! I can't seem to grasp it. with all the reading on the SFI site you get lost in the shuffle. Currently I have one EA, several FREE and I don't know where my starting point should be. Any strategies on getting to TL.? I am responding to my e-mails with any questions they may have and directing them to all of the links that they need. Do I need to call them?

Your expertise..or any one else's would be appreciated.

To be totally honest, I am very so confused with all these new terms.

SFI threw at us so many new terms in the past few days that I am lost too.

For now, I will be contiuing to sponsor new people and give this a few weeks to see what has this new system has done for us, good or bad.

Keep It Simple: Focus on helping your 1st generation with their 1st generation (our 2nd Generation) on down the line.... The more people you get in your levels of generation (who purchase or become EA the better off you are ($$).

You'll will earn a Team Match of 8% on any affiliate earning an Executive Bonus in generations 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 below you. There is no limit to the number of affiliates who can be in a generation and no limit to how many Team Matches you can earn each month!

Over time, the six generations on which you earn Team Matches can grow to hundreds or even thousands of affiliates (see chart).

Now Add Compression!
Team Matches also utilize powerful "dynamic compression." What is it? It simply means that when calculating this commission, any generation without a Team Leader is skipped. This enables you, as a Team Leader, to earn Team Matches on affiliates far below 7 generations. Indeed, you can earn Team Matches INFINITELY deep in your organization! It doesn't matter if the affiliate is on your 5th, 50th or 500th generation; if you're one of the six Team Leaders above that affiliate, you'll earn a Team Match.

Team Matches allow unlimited earnings potential because every generation width is unlimited. You can sponsor dozens, hundreds, even thousands of affiliates on your first generation if desired and spawn a monster-size organization and a monster-size commission check!

The part in color are what I consider KEY
1) determine how wide you want to grow 50, 100, 500, 1000 +++
2) help them grow the width they want to grow)
3) Help the Third generation grow....
4) keep repeating the process until your a "fat cat" ;D

I couldn't have said it better myself.

I was seeing a lot of my success in SFI simply by using the Powerline co-op. Now that this is how all affilaites are placed into our matrix T-net 2.0 shoud be great for everyone.

Thanks Michael and Chris...any tips on how I can get to TL status? Another question-- What is the difference between a Powerline Co-op and the Co-Op that Erich offers?

Powerline was an option in the co-op. - it is no longeran option because all affiliates are placed in a powerline now in Tnet 2.0

Erich's co-op was also a powerline

I would say the HOW is what you want to know:


1. Find advertising that leads them to your site.

Out of my EA's
I have used the Eagle coop, I have picked up a couple who have upgraded in the past month or so.
I have a couple who came through my own ads, which were free ads with USFreeAds. The remainder were from Erich Coop that I particpated in during December.

2. Develop a regular method of communication
whether that be through the Contact Manage in SFI, autoresponder, e-mail, phone calls what ever... I try to send out two emails each week through a program I have.
The Contact Manager seems to be back up..I noticed the link a few minuted ago as I looked over my EA's and their orgin
3. When you get EA's offer to help them grow their team.
While I am not sure how the assigning people "tool" will work, in T-net 2 this is an option to place new affiliates under your leaders.
