Hi Robin, The other day I had a few affiliates with -1 id number, but I didn't worry about it because they were in my reports and I could see their real id number. Today, I noticed that everyone that had an -1 number are now gone from my genealogy ...I will be emailing support about this today. Lori

Hey Lori -
Thanks! I only have one like this and he is not showing up in my Geneology report - I went there first thinking there would be a regular seven digit id. Let me know - I can email them also if needed.

Hi Robin… I heard back from Missy at support and she had the programmers look into it. All of the affiliates that had a -1 id number now have a regular id number and I can see them in my report. If your affiliate is still missing…I suggest you email support so they can check it out for you. Give them the affiliates name and the date they signed up. I say this because…Missy first replied back that only affiliates who were inactive were removed. I had to explain these were new affiliates that were missing. Everything turned out to be okay…I just hope I don’t get anymore -1 numbers. Congratulations Senior Advisor!!! Lori

Lori -
There is obviously a bug somewhere that they have to figure out - as long as they keep fixing them for me/us - great. Just sort of a hassle to get them and then have to go through this.
I am sure with all the new changes, it won't be the last bug we see.
Thanks for the heads up! Robin

You guys are e-mailing a Missy? I'm just typing a question in the contact page, but I never get any answers.
It has me a bit concerned, because I have one affiliate who is trying to upgrade to EA, but can't log in, and she has disappeared from my records.
Also, I have a bunch of new affiliates each day, but my total stays the same. It seems they are deleting them off the other end as fast as I can collect them. Not good.
Is there an email address for Missy you are using?

Deb -
Hopefully, Lori will see this. She has actually been the go between on all this correspondence about the -1 ID.
Is this happening to you since the new year and the changes? That is scary! You certainly need a direct contact if you are having affiliates sign-up and are then losing them and don't know why!
I am sure Lori will be on and provide you with the email address!
Robin

Hi Deb, When I need to contact support, I just use the TL expedited request form located at the resource center and Missy is the one who happens to respond to me. I guess, I should just say support and not Missy….sorry, my mistake. If you are losing/missing affiliates and they are not on your opt-out list….you should definitely contact support….especially if one of them is trying to become EA. Have you tried the live support? I have used that many times when I need a quick answer. For the affiliate that is having trouble logging in and wants to become EA…she can call the toll free ordering number. This is basically what I say to affiliates that say they can’t log in…. There are some common causes for failure to access secured SFI pages...
SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 must be checked in your internet options. In Internet Explorer, that is reached through the Tools menu at the top of the browser, under Internet Options and the Advanced tab.
Firewall programs, especially Norton, often block access to our secure pages. If you are running a firewall, check the settings.
If you have disabled third party cookies, you will have to specify that the site is OK.
If this does not help, contact SFI directly by email support@sfimg.com. You can also contact SFI by phone: 402-434-8480 or fax: 402-434-8483.
Also, Microsoft has a tendency to include a space after the text that you intend to copy when you use copy (or cut) and paste. These spaces in the SFI ID or password will be read as part of your input and make one or the other invalid if not caught and removed before submitting the form.
The password is case sensitive, so it must be entered exactly as it was when your account was set up. To have your account information emailed to you, please go to: www.sfimg.com/get.sfi Deb, I am going to PM you….I hope this helps. Lori
