Please bear with me although not new to SFI, I have never had any signups from one of my ads or website before. I have 12 people who have signed up under me, only 6 show up on the Full Access Report. Which I assume means they are the only ones that have given SFI permission to contact them. Right? The other six I need to contact through regular email to encourage them to finish the sign up process. What exactly do I need to tell them to do? I have Erichs email series set up through GGS, can I put their names in there, or should I wait until they finish filling out whatever they need to fill out? Thanks Nancy

Nancy, Yes you are correct about the Full Access question. Affiliates only get full access if they chose to receive the emails from SFI. What I did is added a part in the "New Affiliate Greeting' email that SFI provides. It states the following: It is also important to go into "Misc. Account Options" and follow the "Email Checklist" instructions. This is Important: As you may know, many ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) and personal email browsers use spam filtering software. Unfortunately, legitimate emails are often inadvertently filtered out, too.
To help assure that you are not missing out on vital company reports, notices and other info please add mail@sfimg.com, email@globalgroupsend.com, and myemail@yahoo.com into your email browser’s address book. Next, review the complete “E-Mail Checklist” at www.sfimg.com/email.
It is a 50/50 shot that they will follow the instructions and do it though, I am sure you know the old saying "You can lead a horse to water." Which can be bad since they will not receive the Powerline reports if they do not get full access Yes you can put their names in GGS, as long as they don't opt out of SFI you can email market them. Michael

:DThank you Michael
I hate to lose the other six by my error. I will compose a letter to send to them with the links and send it through my GGS.
Thanks again
