I keep getting SFI new members, but I want to make sure that I'm doing everything to help them and convert them to EA and other programs. Who is successful at this and how are you doing it? I have been sending out the recommended emails. I include my web address again and email, but I'm a bit unsure of what to do next. I don't want to let conversions rates fall because of something I am either doing or not doing. Thank you for your efforts.

Mike,
SFI sends the new affiliates a few emails on your behalf. Also - be sure you have set up your welcome letter in SFI so when they sign in there is a message in there from you.
You can now contact them through the genealogy in SFI.
Personally, I send each of my new affiliates a personal email welcoming them and then I send them a series of emails encouraging to complete smart start, follow path and upgrade to EA - I spread this series out over 30 days. If they do any of the above, then I move them into another appropriate series of emails encouraging their next step.
Good Luck!
