I got up this morning, and all my affiliates who were EA yesterday are marked with an A+ What does A+ mean? and where are all my EAs?
Has this happened to everyone, or is it just another glitch that will be ironed out?

Hi Deb, I see the same thing. My one and only EA still shows EA, but everyone else is either an A+ or just an A  Shelly |

Just looked onto my Geneology (did I spell that right?) anyhoo, and clicked on rank and it says A+ stands for Full Access Affiliate, which in itself is confusing. Does this mean they have completed Smart Start, not Completed the sign up process. I assume full access means full access, but I think there is another meaning here  :DLOL Just thought you would like to know. Nancy |

Nancy Nancy ~~~~~~~~~~ From SFI Pop-up RANK There are three primary ranks within SFI: Affiliate (A) OR Full-Access Affiliate (A+) Executive Affiliate (EA) Team Leader (TL) There are four designations within the rank of Team Leader: Bronze Team Leader (BTL) Silver Team Leader (STL) Gold Team Leader (GTL) Platinum Team Leader (PTL) ~~~~~~~~~~~ Best I can tell the A+ are those who have confirmed their e-mail and membership. These are also the people that you can contact through the contact manager. The A are affiliates but have not confirmed their membership, these are the folks you will have to send either personal e-mail or add them to some type of autoresponder that does not require confirmation. Sometimes the folks do answer a mail or do decide to follow a link to confirm and become active. |

Deb my folks who were EA or EAP still show that designation, make sure to scroll through your pages and see if they show up. In not contact support or call SFI Michael |

Hi all had the same problem with EAs showing as A+ this morning, noticed that SFI was off line later in the day, back up online now and EAs showing again, so hopefully problem now resolved.
