I received a notice today about the powerline being restructured. When I went to check on it to see how many were taken off..I have none. they are all gone. I am still EA...so has anyone else had this problem or should I wait a few days and see if the problem goes away?
Not sure what is going on. Their online support desk is down, and I never get an answer from my sponsor.

If your sponsor is not responding to your emails then you need to call sfi and complain. Your best bet is to call them and email Natalie and Missy...

Your advice as always is sound. When I first started SFI two years ago I did call and complain. Mufad was better for a while...he actually answered one email.
I am just thankful everyday I found this forum. I have learned more about SFI in the past 5 months than in two years of trying.
The powerline is back up, but my numbers have greatly decreased. I will give SFI a call this afternoon.
Thanks again for your reply. I really do appreciate it.

Nancy - I recieved this notice from SFI today - this could be what happened in your account:
Dear SFI Executive Affiliate,
You may have noticed that the number of affiliates in your Powerline decreased in the last 48 hours. This was the result of a correction of a system glitch we recently discovered, and the count in your Powerline is now accurate. Be assured that the glitch and our correction has had NO affect on the amount of your Executive Bonus or any other commission you've earned in January. This glitch also did not affect anyone who joined SFI in the last 30 days. That is, anyone who joined SFI in the last 30 days will not have seen any decrease in their Powerline count.
We apologize for any confusion. Thank you.
