Hi everyone. How do you know what rank you are? I'm assuming that I am still an EA, but what is the next level and how do you find out how to qualify for the next level....I've been looking everywhere and can't find it Shelly

You can see what you are in the upper right hand corner of the SFI page once you log in, but I have yet to find the qualifications of each step up the ladder. I kind of gave up looking, figuring if it made it, the new rank would show up in the upper right hand corner!

PS: I miss Michael Patton - he understood SFI so very well!

I agree it is difficult to find out what your rank is - but I believe teh new tnet 2.0 has removed the Bronze, Silver, and Gold and Platnium ranks and just created the Affiliate, EA, and TL ranks.
To become EA you need 10 SVP To become TL you need to sponsor 5 EAs
So to see your rank - go to your genology report and see how many EAs you have - if you have 5 you are a TL.
If this is wrong someone please post as I would like to know how to verify this too,
Chris

I take that to mean they have not done away with the rank classifications. Either that or they haven't gotten around to changing that part of the web site.

I heard that there BTL, STL, GTL, and PTL are no longer a part of the leadership stats in SFI but I still see that I am a STL.
This is still a little confusing but nothing big to worry about.

I think there are still ranks of BTL, STL, GTL and PTL... but they are pretty much just a title at this time. (No real income benefit).
They were talking about adding perks, but right now I think the only one is the higher rank will give you higher priority in a support request.
We were grandfathered into our old rank until the end of March.
The new rank qualifications are:
BTL = 5 EA's STL = 10 EA's GTL = 20 EA's PTL = 40 EA's
I'm not 100% sure on the numbers, I can't find where I seen it so I'm going on memory. These are personally sponsored EAs.

Hey guys,
If you go to your PATH page and scroll down it also tells you your rank and what you need to get to the next level.

So, how do you see how may EAs you have? Eileen

So, how do you see how may EAs you have? Eileen Hi Eileen, Go to your genealogy. Choose 'sales activity' for the format and then choose 'previous svp' 'dsc' for the sort by. This should bring up all of your EA's for last month. After standing orders are processed this month...you would choose 'current svp'. There is a "rank" listed for the sort by, but this is not working yet...hopefully it should be soon. Lori

Tim, I think you are right….At the dboard on 2/20/07 Gery said this…
We still have the ranks of BTL, STL, GTL, and PTL. They're just not tied to the compensation plan. For the comp plan, you just need to be a TL. Period.
That said, there ARE other perks for achieving higher TL levels (which are still being formulated and have not been officially announced).
And, yes, whatever your TL rank in December was, you will retain that until the end of March...provided you retain EA status of course.
I guess we’ll have to wait and see what these perks will be??? Lori

Hi Chris, If the affiliate is an “A” then they did not click a link to confirm. To go to “A+”, all they need to do is click the link. Here is a PS that I have added to the bottom of my welcome email… PS: If you haven’t clicked the link to obtain full access, you will not be able to receive any additional emails from SFI, including important sales notices, newsletters and notifications. Please log into the resource center which will contain the link needed to gain full access! If you are having any problems clicking the link…call sfi support at: 402-434-8480 and they can manually confirm you. Lori

Tim, I think you are right….At the dboard on 2/20/07 Gery said this… Thanks Lori, I bet the dboard is where I saw it... I was looking for an email. And thanks for the PS. I especially like the idea of adding the phone number, it's easy to get lost at SFI's site and lot of people are more comfortable with their phones than their computers at first. Tim

OK - I went to the source and asked the question to Gery and here is his answer: "The requirements for each rank are in the Glossary: www.sfimg.com/Reference/Glossary.sfi
It is correct that you only need to be a TL as far as compensation goes. The perks for moving up to STL, GTL, and PTL have to do with recognition, and perks such as priority treatment of your group mailings, support requests, etc. We are looking at adding other perks as well. Suggestions welcome.
Hope this helps.
Gery"

Thanks Chris,
Great timing too, someone just asked me where to find this. I fixed the qualifications in my previous post.
