What's the best way to go about getting your downline training and information to get them to EA without pushing them? Also how do you present tops to them? Are there any letters you send and what are the frequencies.
I am having great results with my PPC and DEB and TAH programs ($300 profit my first month ;D) but want to get my SFI downline moving because I think the real residual income will come from them.

Hi Chris,
There is a saying in the netowrk marketing business:
Some will, some won't, so what, so who's NEXT?
The one thing that you need to do in order to be successful with SFI is to not only sponsor a few good people who will build their own team, but before you find people like that, you will need to wok on sponsoring new people all the time.
Most of the people that you bring into SFI, will do nothing. This is the nature of it.
Some will even take a few weeks or months to do anything.
Some people will become EA and take action within a few weeks and some will take a few months to take the first step.
Pushing your team to upgrade to EA and do things that you are doing will not really help that much. Everyone go with their own pace. That is why I never push any of my team to do anything.
So keep your team growing, this is crucial, and never give up even though things don't go as you want it too.

Hi Chris,
I agree with Tal. Most affiliates that sign up are just "tire kickers". They have no intention on making SFI or anything else for tht matter, work for them.
The best thing is to keep building your downline, keep in constant contact with them and let them know you are there to help them if they need it. The SFI Contact Manager is a great way to do this.

What kind of messages do you send through contact manager? Just to let them know you are available for questions or what? Also what is the frequency of the messages?

Chris,
Erich provides an email series for you to use with your SFI affiliates. You can find this in your Phase 1 instructions. I try to send out something on a weekly basis.
