Is there a way to contact all of the affiliates who have not got full access except individual by individual dose anybody use a autoresponse? Also is there a good example of a letter that we can send to them?

Also is there a good example of a letter that we can send to them? Thanks Michael F Michael F For those who have not completed the steps for full access, you will have to contact directly. You can either set them up in your email system or use an autoresponder. Most autoresponders will not allow you to add names to your list without some type of opt-in. I believe the system through leadersclub will allow this. As to messages, I have had the best results in the past when I sent letters that attempt to lead them to visit the SFI pages. The follow-up letters might point to training, or they may point to some benefits, etc. I have found a few will finally complete the process and some will finally become EA. With these it takes time and patience. Michael Patton

I just sent a letter out inviting everyone who had not completed Smart Start to take another look. I also included (for the ones who had) to revisit the site and see all the wonderful opportunities that SFI had to offer. I covered both areas with the same letter! My feeling is, the more personal, the better. I had many emails saying they would take another look. Cindi
