You can do it with Tom subjection of SSI.
Here is Mine BODY tag for mine index page.
<!-- Start of Body -->
<body>
<!-- Start of Page Table -->
<table align="center" width="100%" cellspacing="0px" cellpadding="4px" border="0px" bgcolor="#ff0000">
<tr><td class="center">
Your Browser<br>Does Not Support Javascript<br> <!-- Leave Room for the Menu -->
</td></tr>
<!-- Start of Header Table -->
<tr><td><table align="center" width="100%" cellspacing="4px" cellpadding="0px" border="6px" bgcolor="#ff0000">
<tr><td class="center"><a href="index"
onMouseOver="window.status='Go To Home Page'; return true;"
onMouseOut="window.status=''; return true;">
<IMG height=82 width=745 src="images/wahim1.jpg" alt="Go To Home Page" border=0></a>
</td></tr>
</table></td></tr>
<!-- End of Header Table -->
<!-- Start of Body Table -->
<!-- First row of body after header contain 3 table details (td) -->
<tr><td><table align="center" width="100%" cellspacing="0px" cellpadding="4px" border="0px" bgcolor="#cfecec">
<tr>
<!-- Start of Left Table -->
<!--#include virtual="ssilefttable135.html" -->
<!-- End of Left Table-->
<!-- Start of Center Table -->
<!--#include virtual="ssicentertable.shtml" -->
<!-- End of Center Table -->
<!-- Start of Right Table -->
<!--#include virtual="ssirighttable121.html" -->
<!-- End of Right Table -->
</tr>
<tr><td> </td></tr>
</table><tr><td>
<!-- End of Body Table -->
<!-- Start of Footer Table -->
<tr><td><table align="center" width="100%" cellspacing="0px" cellpadding="0px" border="0px" bgcolor="#ffffff">
<!-- BEGIN ADDFREESTATS for Google AdWord -->
<!--#include virtual="ssiaddfreestatsadword.html" -->
<!-- END ADDFREESTATS for Google Adword -->
<!-- Start of Footer Last Row -->
<!--#include virtual="ssifooter.html" -->
<!-- End of Footer Last Row -->
</table></td></tr>
<!-- End of Footer Table -->
</table>
<!-- End of Page Table -->
<!-- Start of Drop Down Menu -->
<!--#include virtual="ssidropdownmenu.html" -->
<!-- End of Drop Down Menu -->
</body>
<!-- End of Body -->
I break the page down to - top, left, center, rigth and footer. The CSS is in the Header tag.

I'm glad Jim mentioned the use of CSS in Tom's post about "Planning for Growth". I use CSS for my site, but am wondering if I can make greater use of it. I want to be able to basicly have a style sheet for my 2 side panels with banner ads and all included. Then whenever I change a banner ad on my home page it will transfer to the others. Is this possible using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)? So far all I have it doing is formatting text for tables and paragraphs.
I searched through all my HTML books and can't find a way to do this.
thanks for any help with this,
adam
