I have a general question, was not sure where to post it. I got a letter from Domain Listing Service Corp in Chicago, IL, stating that they would list my site for $75 per year with 25 major search engines. I don't think this has anything to do with IPower, but just wanted to check on whether anyone else has received anything like this. Is it as optional as it sounds?

That is not something you want to do... your website will be picked up automatically by Search Engine spiders as they crawl and sweep the internet. If you like you can submit. There are free tools you can use if you simple enter "Free Search Engine Tool... at Google. Just amke sure you use the basic free service at the sites you locate...
DO NOT PAY ANYONE TO SUBMIT YOUR SITE TO THE SEARCH ENGINES. There are really only about 12-15 seach engines that get 95 % of searches.

Steve, Usually when they say they will submit your site, they submit to search engines in countries that cannot even purchase your products. Erich is right, it is not worth it! I have been working on a new site for the past few months and Google, Yahoo and all the other big engines found it before I even was ready for submission I have 400 links and I never even tried to get them!
