I discovered today that a great deal of my incoming mail was not getting back to me. This seems to have been from the transition to the new platform. I spent way to much time talking to someone on the phone. NO they did not solve the issue. I also discovered they had failed to complete a transfer on one of my websites from register.com. The website had already dropped from register.com. I power tried to blame register.com for the problems. Emails from the time period show they were knowledgeable of transfer and that transfer occurred.
I have sent i-power a email to billing requesting a refund on the transfer account and will also request one on the additional domains I have with them.
I provide this info for those still using ipower to just check on what you have and make sure it is working correctly.

Michael Update: I receive email this morning on the account that had not transferred appropriately. They did refund the payment. I will update as we work through the issue on the account with email problems.

I just happened to be looking around an found it. I have to admit after turning it off...I may turn it back on. Mike C

Michael, One thing I found out is they turned on a spam filter that was blocking a bunch of mine. I just happened to be looking around an found it. I have to admit after turning it off...I may turn it back on. Mike C The problem Is I am forwarding my mail to a gmail account, where I filter. ipower is not sending any mail to that account, and also when I try a test mail to the account it bounces that the account does not exist. On top of that the email is the one I need to get into one of my accounts, to forward the new password etc. I have began the process of moving to Bluehost as of last night. Just fixing to start a new updated website. Michael
