Okay, I know I am a pest, but I just cannot figure out what is going on?!!! I use FTP Commander which is so easy a 2 year old could do it. But for some reason, none of my updates to my website are uploading. I don't understand what is going on. I am so frustrated and my webpage looks just awful with all of the Biz Opp ads gone. Please advise ASAP and thank you.

Tammy,
I know this probably isn't going to sound too good, but have you tried deleting your "old" file, and then uploading a new one with the same name?
If your worried about loosing it all, maybe just copy the source of your newest version, deleting everything in the file your trying to update, and just pasting your newest version into it.
Dont forget to save a backup copy first just in case something goes wrong!
I gave up on FTP Comander a month ago when it wouldn't cooperate with me. So copy and paste is how I've been doing it since then.

Hi Tammy, I assume that you are with iPower as your web hosting provider and that they have upgraded your account to their new vDeck 3 hosting platform. The login information may be different on their new platform than what you used in your FTP client previously, so you would have to update your FTP client's settings accordingly. You should have received an email from iPower with your new account information once you were upgraded to vDeck 3. This is one of those cases where we are not really able to help other than providing suggestions as has already been done...the best way to resolve such problems is to contact your web hosting provider directly for assistance in successfully connecting to and transferring files to your account with them. Troy,
All of your assumptions are correct and I appreciate everyone trying to help me. Thank you.
