I was just curious what kind of numbers others were getting for returns with Dataproz.
I've sold 29 since the beginning of Feb and had 6 returned to date. A 20.5% return rate seems a bit high and wanted to know if others were in the same ballpark.
Also, is anyone selling HomeTypers and what kind of return numbers are you getting with that?
And lastly, has anybody else noticed a big drop off in survey sales? Mine have almost completely dropped off the radar. Still doing pretty well with clickbank though but wondered if it was just me.
Thanks
Gary

Gary - where can you find the products returned?
Also do you know of a way to find the CTR on the Clickbank site?

Hi Chris, When you log into your Clickbank account click on 'reporting' at the top of the page. Then select the month you want to look at. Under 'Show' select 'refunds' and that will give you the info. I don't think that there are any tracking features at Clickbank to track visits. I know you can log onto the Survey Scout site and check stats, but other than that I don't know of any others that track. Gary Gary - where can you find the products returned? Also do you know of a way to find the CTR on the Clickbank site? Chris

Hi Gary,
I was also curious about these stats. You can also check refunds by looking down the STAT (status) column on an "Orders" report.
Besides refunds (RFND), I also see charge-backs (CGBK) and bounced checks (INSF).
Counting all of these as returns, my return rates for Feb were: 31% DataProz 56% HomeTypers
I haven't seen any changes to my survey sales. Have you made any changes to your web site or advertising that could explain the survey sales changes?
Thanks, Mark

Hi Gary, My results are about the same as yours… From Feb 1st until now, I have a 24% return rate for Dataproz. I only sold 6 Hometypers and so far no returns. I also have seen a drop in survey sales. I can’t explain the change except that maybe more visitors are going after Dataproz now that we added it??? Lori

Thanks everybody for the info. More curiousity than anything.
Interesting twist with what Sandi posted. Guess we'll see how it works out. May need to find something else to take it's place if the sales don't pick up some.
I didn't mind so much the drop in survey sales since one dataproz made up for 2 of those. And I guess all things being equal with a lower return rate on the surveys the whole thing is a wash anyway

Mine's running about 15% since February. 20 sales since Feb 1, 3 returns. Not bad. adam
