I just came here to do the same thing and saw this post started by Gary.
Billy has proven that he is committed to making Type-at-home the best program online and that he is dedicated to working with his affiliates. He has done what the successful business owners do - keep your customers (in this case affiliates) happy , even when it might cost you to do so.

I also agree with the above sentiments. I sent Billy a return email when I received my "notice". His program is great and he does really seem to want things fair for all. I'm glad to see his integrity intact. I have found some new advertising venues and my Type at Home sales are on the rise again. As long as you can get the program out there it will sell.

I agree. I was very impressed. Those sales were never actually made, and so that money would have come directly from Type At Home's revenue. I think most programs would have just sent us a handsome apology.
Unfortunately, the site seems to be down again. I hope it's not for long, as my TAH sales have been up again after a major slump.

I really appreciate that you guys!
Its hard in this biz for people to think you're not trying to scam them. But we really do cherish our affiliates and always want to make right whenever it's wrong. We are not so short sighted to think that keeping your money for one day is a good business move. Its better to repay more then was lost, and build your trust with us, knowing that the long term gain will pay off the overages that we paid out.
Right now we are definitely going through some growing pains. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining.. growth is good, but I hate to see you guys see any downtime from our server. We are working with the host to increase our servers to handle the load. Right now we are maxing out the system. The tracking script we got when Clickbank went down was a good base, but its needed a lot of mods to handle the kind of volume we do, and to provide the tools you're looking for.
If any of you remember the script when it first came out, it only had a single All-Time overview. You had no idea when your sales came in, and it was only designed for one site. The database structure wasn’t designed to show you sales based on multiple sites either.
So we hired the best programmer we could find and have spent well over 10k to fine tune a 100 dollar script. This isn’t outsourced to India either, we found the best US based programmer we could find and knew that paying quadruple the hourly rate would be worth it. We want this code to be rock solid and our foundation for years to come!
The core of this script was nice with some great features for tracking payments etc, but it lacked in multisite, fixed tier payouts, detailed tracking, conversion codes, etc. etc. etc.. We have done our best to implement the features you guys have requested with the least amount of upset. Everything is done on the development server before its brought live, but that doesn't always ensure success.
But rest assured if there is a problem, we'll be the ones eating it, not you!!
With that said, we are having our connections maxed out right now, and were working to get it resolved. I’m going to calculate any downtime and issue a credit today. It looks like it started around 4am PST, but I'll know for sure later on today when the programmer and I finish digging around.
Let me know if there are features that you'd like to see implemented and we'll do our best to add them.

Ugh...this is great news, but unfortunately I've never been able to register with Type at Home. There has been countless emails but no resolution. I just emailed Veronica again. Lets's see if she responds this time. I have my spam controls set to low, so I know that's not the problem.

Have you requested a new password? I had a problem with this same thing and requested my password and it was not what I thought it was and that solved my problem - I was then able to log on.
Hopefully, you can get this solved that easily so you won't be missing out on sales!

I've tried entering other data, thinkng i could update it once I got it. That didn't work either. I even tried using a different computer thinking it was recognizaing my IP address, but that didn't work either. No matter what I enter into their online form, it says I'm already registered. It's crazy. I wish I could get a phone number to talk to a real human. Email isn't working.

Is the problem with Traffic Payouts or Type-At-Home? I only see where you can email with Traffic Payouts but you may want to find a post in here from Billy and go through him and see if he can help you out since it is his program that you are wanting to promote.
You need to get this resolved! I got 2 sales from Type-At-Home today!
