When I signed-up for surveyscout I got confused on whether I suppose to signup with clickbank at the clickbank website or do I just only signup with surveyscout to have an account with both of them? What website do I have to go to, to get an account with clickbank? I already signedup with surveyscout but I want to make sure I'm doing this right with both of them.

Hi, You will need an account with Clickbank. Your clickbank account allows you to use your user clickbank ID as the tracking method to sell their products. The same clickbank Id will become a part of all your links on any products they offer. Michael

Hi, Michael So you're saying when I signed up with the surveyscout affiliates program, I'll have to go to the clickbank website and put the same information down that I had for my surveyscout affiliates program? Can you give me the website I'll have to go to for clickbank? I'm trying to make sure I put my usernames and ids in the correct way with my tops website.

Your user name for Survey Scout should be included in your approval letter and also your login with Survey Scout. This user name could also be your login for clickbank products also: clickbank: www.clickbank.com/login.htmMichael ps. Unless SurveyScout has made changes that I do not remember, you should already be a clickbank member

Hi, Michael I tried to login with my surveyscout username & password at the clickbank website link you gave me but it said invalid username and password. Do I just sign-up for a membership or is it a certain page I signup to for clickbank affiliates? By the way is I'm signing-up for clickbank affiliates or just the regular membership to see my check payments results for surveyscout? Cause in the instructions of the premium tops it says that your username id for surveyscout & clickbank are used for the same id. What I'm saying is do I have to signup at clickbank website for a membership, then when I go through signing up for a membership do I suppose to put the same information down as my surveyscout affiliates account or should I be fine, meaning I don't have to go to clickbank to signup cause they're already together from me signingup with surveyscout by itself.

Remember that your password and username are case sensitive. In other words, if you have all lower letters like this:
marmar
or all upper case letters like this:
MARMAR
or even mixed in together, you need to type it exactly the same. You should have a notice from CB telling you exactly what your username and password are. Refer to that. Make sure you have it exact, and try again.
If I remember right - it's been awhile - you will need to sign up at SS with your CB name. Click Bank is a company with multiple offers that track the business we give them through advertising and compensate us when someone purchases the opportunity. One of those businesses is Survey Scout. It's a hard concept to understand at first. But once you work with it for awhile, it will all make sense.

Shawna is correct, Clickbank is an online marketplace where many different vendors sell their products and services. SurveyScout is one of many such products or services available through the Clickbank marketplace. This means that when you sell SurveyScout memberships via your affiliate link, Clickbank tracks these sales and pays you for them. They are an independent third-party between you and the vendor. As far as signing up for SurveyScout and Clickbank goes, it is really not that complicated, although it can be confusing at first. Here is Erich's link to sign up for SurveyScout: www.surveyscout.com/go/bonScroll to the bottom of that page and enter your information to sign up for SurveyScout. The first thing that the SurveyScout sign-up form asks you for is your Clickbank username. If you have one already, that's fine...just enter it into the field provided. If you don't yet have a Clickbank account, there is a link just to the right of that box that says, "No Clickbank username? Sign-up at Clickbank." Just click on that link, sign up for Clickbank (this is a separate account), and once completed, take the Clickbank username that you just created and enter that into the SurveyScout sign-up form. That is all you have to do with Clickbank at this point...you just need to have a Clickbank account name in order to sign up for SurveyScout. Later you can sign into the Clickbank web site to check your sales stats and so forth, but you don't need to worry about that at this point. If you get an error message while signing up for SurveyScout saying that the SurveyScout ID already exists and you had never signed up via Erich's link before, then you may need to sign up for a new Clickbank account from the above-mentioned link and forget about the old one (unless you're already using the old Clickbank account for other things), and sign up for completely new SurveyScout and Clickbank accounts. The reason for this is Erich has a special arrangement with SurveyScout, and that link I provided above is a special link he has with them in order for all of his sign-ups to be in his SurveyScout group, which is why you need to sign up via it and get a new Clickbank ID if needed. I had to do this when I initially signed up and I discarded my old Clickbank ID, as I wasn't really using it anyway at that point. Hope this helps. Troy

Hi, everyone Thank You so much for your help Erich, Michael, Shawna, and Troy I really appreciate it. Owe one more thing Today I've went back and checked my instructions again. Cause I emailed Erich and he emailed me back and told me that the clickbank signup where it has a link that says sign-up clickbank it was my mistake that I didn't see that. Sometimes that happens. Thats how we learn from our mistakes and go back to correct them. I also wanted to ask does it matter if I signed-up with surveyscout first cause I already signed-up with surveyscout and when I went back to sign-up for clickbank I used the same username? Did I do this correctly or do I suppose to signup with clickbank first, does it matter?

One more last thing does it matter if I have two different passwords.

Hi Mar26,
Yes, your username id will be the same for both surveyscount and clickbank. I’m pretty sure that for surveyscout registration they require you to use a different password then you used for clickbank. So it sounds like you have done it correctly.
Hope this helps Lori
