I was just promoted to Broze Team Leader on Sunday and I set up my Co-Op on the same day. I can only generate 5 affiliates a day.
I have two Co-Op's setup, one for my NGR's and I have another one to reward my EA's.
If the affiliate hasn't responded to the 5 affiliates that I placed them under, should I kick them out of the Co-Op and put another in? Because, wouldnt this only generate an NGR to only the people that are in the Co-Op, or does everyone get an NGR that are above them.
Although Stirls explained it I still feel like I am not getting the most out of my Co-Op. Please help me?

Although Stirls explained it I still feel like I am not getting the most out of my Co-Op. Please help me? Ty Wagner Hi Ty, First... Congratulations on your promotion! Everyone who isn't an EA receives the NGRs up to 24 levels for 30 days. A short example would be: Day 1 -- A Day 2 -- B -- A gets an NGR that B joined their team Day 3 -- C -- A & B get an NGR that C joined their team Day 4 -- D -- A, B, & C get an NGR that D joined their team Day 5 -- E -- A, B, C & D get an NGR that E joined their team Continuing at 1 a day, in 24 days A would stop receiving the NGRs because the next affiliate would go into A's 25th level. You don't want to kick them out after only receiving 5 or you will be defeating the purpose of the NGRs (a steady reminder that the team is growing and they can benefit by becoming an EA). It sounds like you have your co-op set up to give 5 leads (you may have a reason for doing it this way that i'm not aware of), but this doesn't sound like it will give you the maximum benefits of the NGRs. What I think is the easiest way to set up a powerline co-op to maximize the NGRs is to first determine how many affiliates you will be generating a day from the co-op and add that many affiliates as participants. Set it up for shares and assign 1 share per participant. 1. Go to: www.sfimg.com/Resources/TLCoop.sfi
2. Choose "Start a New Co-op"
3. Choose your Lead Source, enter a description, and choose the Assignment Type as shares.
4. Choose "Powerline" as the Co-op Type.
5. Choose your desired Sponsorship option (you'll probably want to retain sponsorship).
6. Click on the "Create New Co-op" button.
7. Click the Key Code of your new co-op to add the SFI ID numbers of the affiliate or affiliates you want to build your Powerlines under. Now, DON'T FORGET, use the 1-1 ratio here! That is, place only ONE affiliate in your rotation for every ONE lead you can generate A DAY. As you increase your lead flow through more and/or better advertising, you can go in and add affiliates to your rotation whenever you want.
8. After you've submitted your co-op rotation, just start generating leads using the Key Code for this new co-op. That's it! The system will now start automatically building Powerlines under each affiliate in your rotation! You mentioned 2 co-ops, this is what i'd do... but I could be reading your objectives wrong in which case there may be better alternatives. The first thing i would do is determine how many affiliates each co-op is generating so you know how many people to distribute them to, so you maintain your 1:1 ratio. If it were me and I was getting 4 a day in one and 1 a day from the other, I would set the one generating 1 a day up as my reward co-op as a powerline (leads) co-op. I'd set the one generating 4 a day up as a powerline (shares) co-op and put the 4 affiliates in MY 2nd level in it. Tim
