I had two completely different outcomes from assisting two new affiliates last week.
The first lady emailed that she could not log in to her SFI account. I explained cookies, made sure she had the correct password. Copy and paste her info instead of typing. No luck.
She emailed me her info and I logged in with no problem from two different computers - obviously the problem is on her end and not SFI'. Offered to call her or her to call me. Offered to have my wife call her (woman to woman). She was frustrated and has quit communicating after probably ten different emails.
The second affiiliate had signed up under his wife's name but wanted to change to his name. I showed them how to contact support and now they are signed up under his name.
He took me up on my gift certificate offer to upgrade. He doesn't use credit cards so he purchased a VISA gift card but for some reason it would not work. He tried a rewards card from his sister - still no luck.
I offered him my phone number (could tell he was frustrated). He called and I spent 45 minutes setting up his standing order and showed him where to mail in a payment for his upgrade. We spoke briefly about what it takes to build SFI and had a very nice conversation.
Waiting for his upgrade to go through and then get him started with Leader's Club and Tops hopefully.
Just goes to show: Offer your assistance, and when asked - follow through!
