I have sent this question to SFI help desk, but I know it takes a few days to get a response so I'll ask it here also.
If I set up a Co-op and I retain sponsorship, whose msg does the new affiliate get, mine or the person that they go under?
What if I have a Co-op that is set up for my SFI member to retain sponsorship? Whose welcome msg is sent then?
Thanks, Jim

JIm,
I cannot be positive, but it would seem to me that the welcome message would come from the sponsor. So if you retain sponsorship, then your message would be sent and vice versa.
I'm sure SFI will get back to you early next week, but I'm really sure this is how it would work.
When you get your answer from SFI, please post it here to confirm this.

Hey Craig, Thanks for the response. I also believe that is how it works, but I have had some affiliates that didn't know who I was after I followed up with them, so it made me wonder. I will post SFI's response when they get back to me next week.

Jim, From what I understand the Email address is hidden so you can't email them unless you are the sponsor.

Jim the personal sponsor is responsible for contacting the affilaite.
So if you retain sponsorship in your co-op the affilaite will recieve your messages
If you set it up for your co-op members to retain sponsorship then their message will be sent to the affiliate.
