This is a good problem to have, but a problem never-the-less.
We have sponsored 48 SFI affiliates. Of these, 15 have completed Smart Start. There are 12 more that are still prospects.
All of these people have signed up with SFI through a gateway page we are advertising.
None of these people signed up to be on our mailing list, so we have no way to contact them other than the Contact Manager or the good old fashion one at a time email welcoming them to SFI and letting them know we are contacting them because they joined SFI from our web page. Right?
We have sent individual emails to the affiliates telling them we sponsored them, welcome to SFI, contact us if they need help. No one has.
We don't want to lose these people They have already already "double opted in" (if there is such a word), but it doesn't count if it is not through GetResponse - my autoresponder.
How do we continue to contact these people and turn them in to EA's.
We just started advertising SFI last month. We are not team leaders yet and can not offer co ops.
Thanks! Hank and Dot

Hi,
It sounds like you are doing everything you can. You will find that with SFI many people will join because it is free. I have found that many will also complete smart start but never go beyond there.
Many are looking for the free ride. Erich posted a wonderful welcome letter in this category a couple of months ago. I suggest using it (change it to fit you situation). Offer your assistance - beyond that there is not much you can do.
Be patient, with how many you are enrolling, it shouldn't take long to snag a few that are truly serious.
Have you tried the gift certificate route. You can offer in your welcome email that when (I used to use if, but when is a little more direct) they are ready to upgrade to EA and get started building their business, you would be happy to help them out on their first month.
You can offer $5 and still make $10 on the builders bonus.
Hope this helps. Hang in there!!!
