Hello,
I signed up with PIPS and all affiliates up to the point I found Erich. I feel I was very lucky to have found him before the Warrior thread closed. During that time, I converted to EA in my SFI network, but have been so overwhelmed with everything that I set the SFI auto responder and let it do the contacting.
Each day, I receive notification through my mail that I have received either/or a new affiliate or a new prospect. Here is the lame question ...... What are all of you doing with them? Are you using the SFI autoresponder for new affiliates? What about prospects? I know it is illegal to contact them until they become affiliates.

Actually you can contact prospects but you are not allowed to show any SFI links. You can contact them to and urge them to confirm their registration that SFI sent them.
As far as new affiliates go, I do a few things: 1) I use the automatic welcome message from SFI 2) If the person completes Smart Start I will offer them a gift certificate towards their first month of EA. 3) If I don't hear from a new affiliate, I usually will send one personal email to them asking them if they have any questions and offer my assistance. 4) If I get no response from there, I won't personally contact them anymore. I do send out group messages on occassion, so they would get these unless the decide to opt out.
Hope this helps. Craig

Shing You have already recd some good advice from Craig but you should also go to our new SFI Category and use the info there to improve your SFI business. BTW... I am very surprised at the companies you have listed on your sig file website. I hate to be so blunt but your website is a perfect example of what I would NOT recommend. I hope you take this the right way and do some work converting your website into an optimized Work At Home Directory like others here who are profitable. There is no way for you to make a profit with the way your website is set up... and the opps you are featuring. Sorry but that is just the way it is... Erich Addendum: OK Shing I see now... you are still in Phase 1. You are doing OK with the layout so far... you just need to focus more on the money making opportunities and replace what you have with them... My success is based mostly on featuring SFI, Google Adsense, Clickbank offers, Peak Impact, Moms Exec and the Affiliate Fuel listings.... and just recently have done well with DataProz and Affiliate Cash Vault from Clickbank.

Thank you, Erich. I'm working on all these things. I am specifically waiting to hear back from Jessica at biz opp net. I took all the surveys off my site to get approved by google adsense. I was just approved and am getting adsense on my site now. I am anxious to apply for phase2, but it's taking a lot of months of patience and work!! I will add the surveys back on my site soon. I feel kind of rotten about taking them off just to get approved and then adding them on again. Thanks for your review and good thoughts. Shing

Shing,
Jessica at biz opp should get back to you pretty quickly. Now that you have adsense in the works, you should be moving along fairly quickly. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your reply to shing (above), My contacts from leaders club are getting into SFI and i was wondering what was the next step for them to EA status.
Now i know, i'll follow your methods.
Many Thanks Craig.
Regards
Phil.
