Question about EAs

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone can answer this for me When I look at my list of EAs, some of them have EA+ next to them and some only have EA what dose the + mean? Also I see on the list of people who have gotten EAs it shows how many they have for the month. I have one but it is not showing. Is there a time period before they show up
Sure would be thankful if anyone can answer these question for me.

Larry,

The EA+ indicated they have completed the Smart Start Training and PLAN inventory. Those who are EA have not completed those parts.
As to someone not showing...They may have opted out of SFI. You can check that with the reports section.

I kind of thought that is what the + meant but SFI have always sent me email for most of the people who have completed Smart Start letting me know.
