Hi lymand, Most of the time your affiliates will approach you by asking questions about making a website or ask you about SFI’s VeryVip website builder. When they do…just send them a little info about Tops…I send them something like this… Hope this helps Lori Hi (first name), It’s so good to hear from you. I can see you are very serious about becoming successful and that is why I am providing you with information about Erich’s TOPS program. It is much better than VeryVip. Here is the info on TOPS…you can read about it and then decide if it is right for you… With Erich’s TOPS (TopOnlineProfits) program, they will design and build a professional website for you with multiple income streams including SFI. All you do is complete a form with your info and your new website will have 6 streams of income, which are all free to sign up for. The TOPS premium membership has three different low cost payment options. Eventually you will learn how and will be able to add anything you want to this website and he has his 3 phase training program and a forum that helps you get started and modify your website….they are a great bunch of people. I am one of the moderators at our forum. If you decide to join TOPS you don’t need to jump right into the 3 phase training but I do highly recommend it. To fully develop your website, you will need a domain name and hosting which is $7.95 per month. Here is my link to check out TOPS: www.toponlineprofits.com/tops/?tops=8 My mentor is Erich and his program and our forum will help you get started in the right direction. His program is the reason I am earning a very good income! Visit the TOPS forum here at: erichw33.proboards53.com read some of the posts and you will see how supportive and friendly everyone is…we are like one big family. If you go to the “TOPS 3 phase profits success stories threads”…please look for the thread that has the title “A little Inspiration” and read thru the many other success stories. Have a great day! Hi Lori,
This is a really good letter to send to those who ask these questions, but what if you don't get ask?
Even though I send letters to my affiliates, I have heard from very few and none have ever asked for any help. I offer help. I know you can't lead a horse to water and so on.
But is there a way to approach them about TOPS before they ask? Especially if you see they are having difficulties, or after they had such a good start, they seemed to have stalled.
If this was only a handful of affiliates I would not be concerned in the least, but we are talking quite a number. I have had not one upgrade! I send the letters for about two months, then wait and send another series about a week or two after that. If they don't respond I don't send anything more.
Just some suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks, Nancy

Thanks Nancy…I’m glad you liked the letter. That’s a good question, but most of the time my EA’s ask me. As far as sending letters about Tops to your affiliates…I would think it would be best to send a letter about Tops to EA’s, not free affiliates. Simply because…if they are serious enough about their home business to become EA then they would be more likely be interested in Tops. Are you sending a welcome letter that comes from your personal email address and not an autoresponder??? They need to know that they are talking to a real person and that you are ready to help them. :(I feel bad that you haven’t had any become EA. Like you said, all we can do is offer our help…it is basically a numbers game and I’m sure you will get upgrades very soon! If you want to send a letter to EA’s…you can probably use most of the letter above (just edit it for you...I know you have posted great success stories to reference back to), and change the opening paragraph…sorta like this…. Congratulations on renewing your EA status with SFI. I hope you are doing well with your SFI business...however if you ever want to expand your SFI online income, you may want to consider becoming a TopOnlineProfits (TOPS) affiliate. The primary way I market SFI is thru my Tops website which includes other lucrative income sources in addition to SFI. Having my own website allows me to earn multiple incomes. And instead of saying…have a great day….end it like this… If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me…I am here to help you. To Your Success! Lori Nancy, I hope this was helpful. Lori

One more thing Nancy… I just had an affiliate who asked me…what do I recommend to become EA? This question surely gives you the opportunity to throw in a little hint about having a personal website…. First, I gave her my recommendations, but at the end I added a little side note… PS: One thing I do not recommend is VeryVip website builder...If you are ever interested in making your own website...just let me know and I can help you with that. Do you see what that “PS” did…even if she never thought about having her own personal website…she thought about it now! Lori

;DThanks Lori and Tal,
This will be a big help. I do email them from my own email address with the first and second letters. After that I let the autoresponder take over.
I also recommend IAHBE, it has been a big help to me, so I know first hand how valuable a tool it is.
I guess the best I can do is lead them to the water and if they want to drink it is up to them.
Thanks again, I really appreciate the response.

Good information and a good letter. I also send out messages through the SFI contact manager, although you have to be careful not to cross solicitate. I will use this letter on the next rsponse I get about marketing SFI.
Thanks for the help..
