As far as I know, they haven't set anykind of report up yet.
Here's a question addressed to Gery Carson at the SFI dboard and his response.
Q: Is there anywhere in the system that will show me how many shares of EyeEarn I am receiving? And, if my shares are active?
A: Yes, we have planned this all along. There will soon be a section at the SFI Affiliate Center that will provide complete data, shares, etc. on your participation in EyeEarn. We are also adding much of this information to the Genealogy and Affiliate Manager so you can monitor what your team members are doing in EyeEarn as well.
Until there is a report of some kind, you can check in your genealogy. EyeEarn co-op signups will come in with the keycode 1100. If you are getting direct signups through the /EE page, you should also be able to see which ones they are by the keycode you set up in the /EE url.

I am now seeing the 1100 code in my genealogy repts. So it must be coming from the Eye Earn program.
