I want to set up a new co-op. Is the info in the forum still relevant on how to do this? The last post was back in Feb 2006 and the SFI co op manager only lists the options now as: Co-op source, description and assignment type.
Also, I'd like to set up a Co-Op for Eye Earn Affiliates I sponsor but the Co-Op source only lists "gateway site". Is this my general signup gateway or the eye earn gateway? There's nowhere to put in the link you want as the source now.
Thanks, Paul

Hi Paul, The past posts about setting up a co-op using a powerline is not applicable anymore. Now that SFI is one big powerline there is no need to set up our own powerlines. We used to have the option of the source to be either from our own URL advertising using a specific keycode or to use Eagle. If you want to use EyeEarn as a source, you will need to wait until it comes available because under the source it now says… The Eagle Co-op has been replaced with the EyeEarn Co-op (look for this option as a co-op source in January 2008).I guess EE option just isn’t ready yet even though it is the end of January. You can either send an email to support or ask about it at the SFI Dboard if you would like more info. If you want to start a co-op using a gateway…just choose a keycode to use. Then you can promote your choice of URL with that keycode within. The co-op URL’s allowed are the free, Register, IEF, WYK, HFB or MRA. Hope this helps. Lori

I believe we have one or two affiliates who offer a co-op for SFI... If you are still interested I suggest you post again and look for a response

I would like to add that I personally have opted in to Tal's co-op and the response was great. Tal sent me the required affiliates and one has already become an EA in my SFI powerline. You can trust him for good responses.
