Hi guys, I'm having real problems opening my site in NVU to change my site. I am desperate as I need to move things around and change banners.
It has something to do with my site being made with css. Is there any gurus out there that can help with this most irritating problem? Thanks Guys. Tobes

Hi Tobes, The fact that your web site uses CSS code should not prevent you from making edits to your site. Basically, all you need to do is make sure that, in addition to having a copy of your index.html page (or whatever web page you want to edit) saved on your own computer for editing, you also have a copy of your site's .css file saved on your own computer as well. That way, your editor can find it too when displaying your site so that it displays correctly. I had actually posted a detailed reply to a similar inquiry you made on this topic back in August, perhaps you didn't see it at the time since the forum is so big now. It explains how to save your site to your computer and edit it in NVU, including the .css file. In any case, I'd suggest taking another look at it. The information in it should still apply as long as you haven't made any significant changes to your site's structure. It can be found here: erichw33.proboards53.com/index.cgi?board=web&action=display&thread=1156109468&page=1#1156214481Hope this helps. If you need further assistance with this then by all means post and we'll do what we can to help. Troy
