That's what I had and tried it again, but received the same error message when trying to publish. Darren<><

Hi Darren, That address *should* work, but not by itself...you also have to make sure you have the correct username and password, which *should* be the same as what you use to log into the vDeck control panel. I'm not familiar with the publishing feature in NVU and use an FTP client program myself, but you can also use Internet Explorer (or Windows Explorer as well in Windows XP) if you use the following format: username:password@ftp.darrenlamb.comJust replace "username" and "password" with the info provided for your iPower account. This is just another way to access your web server files on your iPower account. Just make sure that any web site files you upload go inside your public_html folder, as that is the home folder for your web site. Another way that many people here use to upload web page files to their iPower account is to log into vDeck, then go to Host Manager and then choose File Manager. The File Manager feature of vDeck allows you to upload and manipulate the web site files on your iPower account as well. If you still can't connect successfully, let us know what the exact error message is that you're receiving. You may also need to contact iPower support if none of the above methods work for you. Troy
