Is there anyway of shortening some of the urls we receive from biz op or affiliate fuel to include the name of the offer. Right now when you link a ad or a graphic you have this long url, and when you go back to check your links you can't always remember what the image or ad was for. So is there a way to include the name of the offer in the url? I am making sense? Nancy

Here is one that I use for the majority of my urls. replace the http:www.mysite.net/SFIwith your domain name, save the file in this example SFI and upload into Vdeck or your server the new url would be http:www.mysite.net/SFI.html I saved the following into my html editor and when I want to add a new program I just paste the program url into the <frame SRC="http:www.mysite.com/ section save it as the desired name..upload and the promote the new address. <!--Frame html--> <html><title></title><meta name="Home Classified Work at Home Directory" content="true"><meta name="robots" content="noindex"></head><frameset border=0 rows="100%,*" frameborder="no" margintop=0 marginleft=0 marginright=0 marginbottom=0><frame SRC="http:www.mysite.net/SFI" scrolling=auto frameborder="no" border=0 noresize><frame topmargin="0" marginwidth=0 scrolling=no marginheight=0 frameborder="no" border=0 noresize> <body></body></frameset></html> Hope this helps Michael

Nancy Basically copy and paste the html for the frame into a blank page in your html editor, then change the url in this section to the webpage you want to open in the browser, safe it in your editor to the name you want. Then just upload to your server. If you have questions about it's use just ask....someone will assist you. Michael

Hi Nancy, You can use redirects in your .htaccess file. Just add this for each url you want to shorten: Redirect permanent /short_url.html http://affiliate_url Example: Redirect permanent /dataentrybusiness.html dataentrybusiness.com/?a_aid=XXXXXX
