Hi guys. I'm having NVU troubles this morning. When I open up my main page in NVU it says This page can't be edited for an unknown reason...all my other pages are fine when I try to make changes. Any ideas on what's happening?

Hope this helps. Mike C

Well, here is what I did. Not sure if its the right thing to do though. I deleted my source code in NVU and copy-pasted the source code from my 'live site" back into NVU...I was able to make a few changes, then after that the save button is greyed out, and I get the same message as before Shelly

Shelly, it sounds like your copy of NVU might have become corrupted.
Copy the source code from all of your web pages (not what is in NVU but from what is live on the net) into Notepad and save each one.
Clean out your NVU and uninstall it.
Reboot your computer and download NVU again.
Copy your pages from Notepad into NVU and see if you can work with it. Hopefully the answer is yes!

Thank you Sandi, I will give it a try and keep you posted. This sort of thing scares the heck out of me Shelly

This is what I found in the NVU support forum:
Don't know if it'll help but I suppose it's worth a try.

Teresa, thanks for the info. I was just getting ready to go the long route and do as Sandy suggested, but I will see what happens when I do this. I guess it wouldn't do much good to uninstall NVU--as if it is a bug I suppose it could happen again. I find that you have to "tinker" with NVU quite a bit to get it to do what you want. Really annoying, but I am so used to it by now Cheers, Shelly
