I was logged in to V-deck and I started to update my email to outlook and got as far as uploading it . Then it asked me if I wanted to change my outlook to be the major source for my email, calendar, etc. and I said no. Now, I cannot cancel the process in V-deck. I don't know how to reverse the action I have taken. I aplogize for the inconvenience, but can you help me? Thank you.

Hi Tammy, I'm not sure if it's related to this post or not, but i replied to your other post here: erichw33.proboards53.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=nvu&thread=1174868249&page=1As I mentioned in that thread, it sounds like you are setting up your email in vDeck and I gave a link to more info on doing this, which can be found here: erichw33.proboards53.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=p1&thread=1159559653&page=1It sounds like Outlook was asking if you wanted it to be your default email client. If you use Outlook for email you could just say yes, but if you use a different program for your email then you would normally say no. I'm not sure what the issue are you encountering is or how to correct it....your best bet may be to contact iPower support via phone for some interactive help with setting up your email accounts in vDeck and Outlook. They can be reached at 1-888-511-HOST (4678). Here is their contact page and support info: www.ipowerweb.com/contactus/index.htmlTelephone: Support: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year Billing: 6am-11pm M - F, 7am-7pm Sat. & Sun (PST) Sales: 6am-7pm M – F, 7am-7pm Sat. & Sun (PST) Main Line: 888-511- HOST (4678) Outside the U.S. & Canada: 602-716-5398 Troy
