Before I got my i-power domain, I went on host site and I chose to change my email direction to outlook and then I changed my mind because I did not want to make outlook my main source for my emails. So in the meantime I have tried to reverse the action and it won't work. I keep getting a pop-up box called Enter Network Password and it shows my server name, my user name and password seciton filled in for i-power. The box will not let me cancel it or ok it. What can I do? Thank you.

Hi Tammy, I have just replied to your other two threads regarding this...see the info here: erichw33.proboards53.com/index.cgi?board=nvu&action=display&thread=1174922372Your best bet would be to contact iPower's toll-free support line as per the info in the above-mentioned post, as they have support channels in place to assist you with your iPower hosting account. If the email issues are actually with a different company such as a domain name registrar that supports email forwarding then you may need to contact them for assistance. Troy
