Here is something I was not aware of... The US Govt is offering income tax credits up to $3400.00 when you purchase a hybrid vehicle. www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax_hybrid.shtmlThe problem is that some of these vehicles are only offered for sale in a few states like Calif, New York, Florida.... Erich

Not all hybrid give you a tax credit, Best to check them out at the IRS site www.irs.gov/irs/article/0,,id=176409,00.html Note: the credit is based on the Purchase Date most has expired. Roy
