Hi Sheba, Your site look's pretty good to me but, at the very bottom there is 3 things I see that are off center. 1. The Top 100 classifieds 2. The little Net top site Logo. 3. The Home business Entrepreneur Icon at the very bottom. The rest looks good. Larry

Hi Sheba,
I agree with Larry, your site looks good except for a few centering issues. I noticed a few others as well in addition to the ones that he mentioned. The problem seems to be with the method you used to center some things.
It would be best to code your page to avoid this issue...not everyone uses the same browser, or the same display settings for that matter. In fact, there are an endless combination of variables that come into play when a web site is viewed that can affect how the page is displayed, and no two computers are exactly alike, so it is best to code your page to be as forgiving of these variations as possible.
To that end, see one such section of the source code from your page that is causing this issue, using the code around the Net Top Sites banner image as an example:
<br> <big><span style="font-weight: bold;"></span></big><!-- Net Top Sites --> <a href="http://www.nettopsites.com/website-promotion/index.php?do=votes&id=1199"><img style="border: 0px solid ; width: 200px; height: 26px;" src="http://www.nettopsites.com/website-promotion/tracker.php?do=in&id=1199" alt="website promotion - Net Top Sites"></a><!-- /Net Top Sites --> Notice all of the & nbsp tags...they represent non-breaking spaces. In other words, they are spaces inserted into your text that were put there by hitting the Space bar key multiple times, once for each & nbsp tag. Note that I had to put a space in between & and nbsp throughout this post (except inside the code section) because the forum would otherwise just show a blank space.
When relatively new to web design, people tend to insert extra spaces like this in an attempt to line up their text or space it out a certain way. I would advise against doing this, as something spaced out this way may look fine on your computer but will likely not line up properly on other people's computers, or the extra spaces may cause other related alignment issues.
Instead, you should use the formatting tags available with HTML whenever possible. This can of course be done with a HTML editor as well since they typically have a centering feature available in their toolbar or menu.
If you look at your page's HTML code in other places, such as in the ad in the top-right position of your three ads in a row table, that section already has a style tag with a text-align: center attribute in it, so I would use that method in place of the multiple & nbsp tags that are attempting to center some items in other places on your page.
In other words, let HTML alignment attributes such as text-align: center do their job and remove all the extra spaces (& nbsp tags). You can remove the extra & nbsp tags via the Source code view of your editor, or you can do it in the Normal view using the Backspace or Delete key to remove the extra spaces.
As an added bonus, besides correcting the centering issues with some elements of your page, using the style text-align: center attribute instead of many & nbsp tags throughout your page also reduces the overall page size somewhat, which will make it load a bit faster for visitors using slow Internet connections. Every little bit of optimization helps.
