I have been with Bidvertiser (Bidv) for 3 years. What I have learned in Bidv has helped me with other sites I advertise on.
I talk about Advertising here in the forum. Hope you will take this time to read what I have to say about advertising.

Advertising ....
One thing I am going to tell you is ... Be Patient.
Do Not Increase your bid ... Look at your Title ... Look at your Description ... Look at your Keywords ... Look at what countries you are targeting ... what time of the day ... what day of the week.
All of what I just mention plays a big part in if you can get the lowest cost per click and the best results. This does not happen over night.
Tool Bars ....
You can design your own tool bar.
I did. I currently have 113 people that have downloaded this tool bar and 8 uninstalled (which is very easy to do).
Get enough people to download this tool bar that you created could pay off in the end. It did say if you get a large amount of people to just download the tool bar the amount per click on your tool bar will increase.
You can update this tool bar in Bidv and it will update everyone's tool bar for you.
Bidvertiser Ads on your site .....
On this site, you of course get paid per click, but you also get paid a revenue if that click leads to a sale. I am not sure how many sites out there do this. Over time this will add up.
What I like about doing this with Bidv instead of Adsense is that all the hits are coming from their server and you are advertising on their server, so there should be no question when they do the final audit before releasing funds. You can have up to 3 ads per site.
Leaderboard, Full Banner and Skyscraper (160 x 600) have given me the best results.
Referrals ....
Bidvertiser Ads can lead to referrals for advertisers and publishers. All these hits are coming from the Bidvertiser Ads and your tool bar when they go to download it for the first time. In one month I can make up to $75 from referrals, which can pay for a lot of advertising. All it took is putting Bidv Ads on my sites.
