I just recently started doing videos for my work at home site and Tripleclicks, so far. This is a lot of fun to do and very easy. I was taught that search engines are picking up on videos before paid ads. The key to do this is to have long tail keywords. Mix up the keywords and make a title. Mix up the keywords and do a text. I joined animoto.com This is a free service to do a 30 second video. You also have the option to upgrade to make your videos longer and have more options on background and music. You have some that are taking several things into one video, like clickbank and TC together. When you do a search for Strong Future International you have 5,380 videos. A little more competition. I noticed a couple of things. You have people talking, you have music with banners/pictures. Most important thing I noticed is most of the videos with the most views are 1 minute or less videos. Let me talk a little about keywords/tags. Adlandpro.com, Ablewise.com, 7Search.com, ClixSense.com, Epage.com (to name a few)... All saturated with SFI affiliates. You still can however make these sites work for you. My son is teaching and proving to me by showing me online what he does, works. Keywords. Big time working with keywords.
Example: On the night of the 6th of June here in Colorado, the first time ever, we had the alarms go off at the school across the street from us. Never in the 26 years we have lived here have those alarms gone off at night. Which means tornado. We live maybe 4 miles from the mountains, 20 minutes west of Denver where tornados would start to form. We were hit with hail for awhile and so was some other cities in Colorado. Colorado had a total of 8 tornados that night, including Denver. My son was up at the time and made 4 videos. One for each city that was hit with hail for roof damage. His videos were at the top when you did a search in google. So I think I will listen to my son when he says Keywords have a lot to do with getting Free traffic. Not too mention the amount of phone calls our company received the next day. I would like for you to click on this link to look up keywords. He actually took pen and paper and wrote down these keywords with the amount of the global monthly searches. He had something like almost 2 pages of keywords. This way all he had to do was go back to these papers when needed for any video he was working on. adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/Explorer?__u=1000000000&__c=1000000000&ideaRequestType=KEYWORD_IDEAS#search.none He started to make titles with these keywords. Even titles that made no sense. It was the words that the search engines picked up on. With everything he has done online with these videos you will find him at the top in the top search engines, in most cases at least on the first page. All for Free. Go back to Adlandpro, Ablewise, 7Search, ClixSense and Epage and take a look at your Title, Text and Keywords. It has been such a long time since I went into any of these places. I am sure they would let you put a video in there. If you do a video or even an ad and have really good keywords, search engines outside of these places will pick this up and take them to your ads. I have not yet tried the one-on-one with people yet for SFI/TC/ECA. If anyone here has tried doing this, any input would be great. I do have a tip for you on local recruiting that I was thinking of trying myself.
You know when you go to a restaurant and you have those machines out front with the local newspapers and perhaps some you can take to read for free? Next time, take one of those papers that are free. Advertising in these papers is a lot cheaper than the local newspaper. Sometimes a lot cheaper than search engines online.
Another thing to try is when you go grocery shopping/market is putting cards on the cars. I would use the TC cards for this one. Go on a weekend. Also if you can get someone to go with you, it would be faster.
You can also try driving around to garage sales and/or flee markets. After viewing what they have, give them a card to join TC (recommend taking ECA also for the Flee Markets) give them a couple of cards. Add your email so they can contact you if they have any questions or need help signing up.
A couple years ago, I sent down 4 boxes to two gentlemen on my team in West Africa. A place SFI does not like to ship too and I know why. It is not cheap to send anything to West Africa. If asked if I would do it again? I would do it again.
In these boxes I shipped everything I could think of to help them work with one on one. I actually could not send anymore and it was not due to the funds to send them. It was the crime rate in their country that made it not safe to go to the post office. Also, did you know that some countries the postal service has a right to charge you a fee? I think this maybe a personal fee the offices do not know about. Both men were charged additional $10 if they wanted their boxes. Not right.
Paster Samuel and the other Rev David, both of the church, help the communitiy with controlling drug and gang issues with the young people there. They help them get started working online. Since they are with the church, they have a large community they see all the time. If you are a member of a church or community? See if the they would let you put some cards out on a table they may have. Use SFI, TC and ECA if they let you.
Any tips from anyone that has tried one-on-one would be great.

Here is a quick tip for you that I just started doing. I started reading the answers to just about every question that has been posted in the ASK SC here lately. Up too 5000+ views so far. I max it out everyday until it tells me there are no more answers to view. Then I check back again later and there are always a few more to view and vote on.
When you come to the questions about how to get people to join SFI/ECA/TC/PB and Wave 3, this is where you want to pay attention too, not only what they are talking about, but what words they use to answer the question(s).
This is what I mean -
I am talking about sentences that are professionally written with a lot of awesome keywords.
One liners I call them. Just short enough to post on an advertising site with limited words you are only allowed to use.
Some of what is being written have so many Advertising (Text), Advertising (Titles), Blogging, Website (text part of the sites) tips that once you see one you will understand what I am talking about.

Have a folder ready in your email. You will fill it up with a lot of ideas once you see what I am talking about.
Do the same thing when they talk about SFI affiliates and the non movers or spenders or when they talk about what to say to these affiliates.
Been with SFI since 2008 and I can be honest and say that everyday, just about, I have learned something new. Most of these ideas are coming from the new affiliates in SFI.

I got it!!!!! This is so cool and I am not sure why I didn't think of this before. I purchased the SFI shirt when it first came out. Really nice shirt actually and wore it a few times while doing my running around. Anyway, I actually had a few people ask me about SFI/TC. This is when I wanted to kick myself and say "You forgot to bring your TC Gift Cards with you", too myself. You have the SFI hat  You have the SFI/TC shirt  (extra Large at this time, so keep checking back. This is a very nice shirt by the way. Very well made. So it must be a popular item for TC at this time). You only need 2448 MRPs or 114 TCredits. You have Eager Zebra Games Promo T-Shirt  The hat will be worn most between the two shirts. The hat is something they will see while talking to you. When people talk to you, they look at your eyes in most cases. Which will have them glance a few times at your hat. Your hat will be glanced at by people walking passed you. Carry the cards with you. In your purse, in your wallet ... better yet? Put them in your back pocket. When people ask about SFI/TC (because you had a hat on and/or shirt) you are getting out of your back pocket a card and you say .... (example) "SFI is a parent company of TripleClicks which is a place with Penny Auctions and products/services from all over the world. Go to this website on the back of the card. Take a look around. If you have any questions you can find my name (tell them your full name) at the bottom right corner, click on it and send me an email anytime". Then you say "Your first name is"? (Providing they do not already have a name tag on). At this point you only spent perhaps less than 20 seconds with this person. This is when I personally would stop, unless they showed more interest. You keep talking? You may lose them. It is all in the eyes. Watch the expressions in the eyes and face. Pretty much tells you when to stop or to keep talking. I will admit I am "Not" and I know many of us are the same - One of those people who can just walk up to someone and start talking. If you have the "Hat", "SFI/TC shirt" and/or You have the "Eager Zebra Games" Promo T-Shirt? You will be noticed, which in a sense, you have people coming to you. Makes it a little easier talking to strangers. This tip is not only for TC. It is also used to get SFI affiliates. |
