I had a CSA contact me yesterday who is a long time member in SFI since 2002. Wonderful women.
Last month she was 5 AVPs short of reaching BTL. I have had a couple of affiliates lose rank by just a few AVPs these past few months.
She also wanted to know how to "Wake Up" Affiliates.
I have shared my tips many of times with those needing AVPs and I am not sure if they understood what I was talking about? Or actually
going to the page I mention to help them and find that it is too confusing and walk away from it.
I wanted to share with you what I shared with my CSA (in detail - step by step - easy easy steps) about needed AVP's and Wake Up Affiliates.
Here is a tip for future needed AVP's.
If you had purchased the max amount of SVPs and you bid 500 times and you played the games and got everything you could from that?
The only other option, of course besides your team below you and daily tasks to reach that next level, is to activate TC Gift Cards. All you would of needed was to activate one card and you would of made it.
If you bid in the auctions I would recommend you trying for the Gift Cards. You can also purchase the GC's here www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=173941
You can use cash or 198 TCredits or 5134 MRPs (which I have used before to purchase the GC's). You are rewarded with 100 VPs for the purchase.
You have the option to receive the physical cards in hand or you can have it digital (meaning you will not get the cards in hand).
Once you purchase the cards you can go right away to this link www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/GCtracking and see a list of activation numbers.
You can activate up to 30 cards a month, which gives you 300 VPs. I do not recommend, unless you really had too, activating all of them in one month. Save some for the following months if needed.
This is what the screen looks like and this is what you do to activate a card
The card has to be activated before the person you gave it too can use it.
This is from my list below (example)
Redemption Code: V95R3ZK6MD7C
This gift card was part of order #1805091, placed on 09/25/15
*Distribution Date <---- this fills the information for you automatically. If you give out a card or the number to a card to someone then you can change this to the date you gave it to someone at anytime.
*Recipient Name (if known) <--------This is not a required field unless you gave the card to someone.
*Recipient E-Mail (if known) <---- not required. When they sign up SFI/TC will fill this in for you.
*Recipient Relationship <---defaults to No relationship for you, no change needed.. You can change this at anytime to something else.
*Distribution Method <----defaults to Option for you, no change is needed. You can change this at anytime to something else.
*Notes: <---not required to put any notes unless you want too. Maybe once the card is activated and given to someone you can put something here.
*Save Distribution Details <------- this is what you click on to get the 10VPs.
You are rewarded the 10VPs right away. Once the VP as been rewarded, any changes will not give you another 10 VPs.
Now that you activated a few cards to help you out, time to do something with the ones you activated. Holidays are coming up you can put this in your Christmas Cards or Gifts providing you opted for the physical cards, which would not take long to get to you. Please make sure you activate the cards before you pass them out.
This is when you go back to www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/GCtracking and put in the name and the relationship (this is for your records) and any notes. You can also give them just the number too assigned to any of the cards on your list.
Another way is start a email list.
The other question you asked is how to "Wake Up" the affiliates that stopped moving. I wish I had a magic formula to give you but I do not.
After many repeated attempts with group emails to personal emails to SFI sending out their emails? They pretty much stopped looking at the emails.
The only thing you can do with people that have stopped is not stop yourself.
I am not talking about a lot of emails to them to get them to come back. I am talking about watching who has come back even if it was for only a second. They may have only done one thing and then left in most cases.
This is when you send out a Card to them welcoming them back. Get excited. Talk about Pricebenders and include the link. Talk about how long you have been with SFI since 2002. My goodness that alone is something to brag about. You and Erich both have been with SFI for a very long time.
You can include in your card the links to get started. This helps when they have something given to them instead of having to go look it up.
If by chance you have someone come back and start working? I praise mine with personal emails. Telling them they are doing a great job and remind them to contact me for any help.
Also helps you to help them if you watch their ledger and see where they are at. If you find a step that is missed, could be they did not want to do the step (like Facebook or Twitter) or they just do not know how to do the step like setting up a coop. This is where you come in.
Now to see who has come back at anytime? Two places you can go everyday.
1. Your movers page. Set the count to 50 so it will show everyone all the time. Take note of those at the very bottom. Look at when they signed up and take a look at when they were there last. Send a Card to those either welcoming them back or offering your help by giving them some links.
2. Your Genealogy.
This is what it will look like to see who has come back
Filter:
"Last Login"and then "=" then set your "date"
Generation = 1 <----second line
Then push filter.
Other than everything I just mentioned I will mention that I have had A Lot of affiliates that joined years ago, come back. Yes a few got removed by SFI at one point or another but as the saying goes once they join under you they are yours as long as you are with SFI. They are true to their word on that one - good to know.
Hope this information helps
