Hi everyone. I thought I would ask just to see how many full timers we have at this forum. Meaning, they actually got to tell their bosses good-bye (or are almost on there way) I think it would be interesting to see and would be a great testimony to others. Hope I'm not being too nosy ;D

Erich is right, we believe in this program but at the same time it takes courage to leave your full time job completely. Presently I have been able to match my fulltime salary, this is the slow season but I am averaging about $700-$1000 a week in profit. However I want to have more money on reserve in the bank first before even considering leaving my other job. Remember a lot of us got involved in an online business because we were in debt, so I also have some debts I wish to pay off first. But unfortunately even if I wanted to quit my job I cant right now because I am a contract worker and stuck in a contract for about 4 more years. Im not full time either but I know its there. As erich has always said, your website has a built in profit margin. If you can advertise in good spots and keep it to a minimium, the world is at your feet as to where you can go with eric's program.

The first 6 months or so is critical. You will come to a point where you have stopped inputting your own funds as your profits are paying for your advertising. Im taking it slow at the moment as it does take time for me to bank my money as Im in Ireland. But when u get to that point when ur business is on autopilot and no more of your day job money is going into your internet business, then you can seriously look at ramping up your advertising.

Steady as she goes and You will give up your day job all thanks to eric. make goals, 400 a day, then 600 a day, 1000 a day etc.I made the mistake about 8 months ago of diving in with a poor website. I paid the price. But its like anything, ultimate success is 99% failure

Hi Shelley,

I'm shooting to have the option of being full time by the end of April and that shouldn't be a problem.

I already work for myself offline and want to sell that business, but I may still work it for one more year. My wife has been a real champ in supporting me through many things (most of which failed) and I want to get her some of more expensive things she's been wanting and the extra money from the offline biz will help. Without her none of this would have been possible.

I am full time (helping my father in law with his Real Estate company on the side, but not necessary) only because my husband took me out of management job I was in.
He never saw me with the hours I worked.

I do pay half the mortgage (we just built a new home) and other misc. bills, so I would say I pull my weight as far as income is concerned.

My goal is to get my husband out of his full time job!

BTW, Needless to say... I am full time with my online business and every single Tops affiliate who goes thru 3PP has exactly the same methods and system I use to earn what I make. The only reason I probably make more money than others is because I have been doing this longer [since 1998] and have built up good solid residual income base with SFI and the other companies that pay mutilevel. There is no doubt in my mind that there are many Tops 3PP affiliates who are making more profit then me on a daily basis... if you leave out the residuals.

Even though I use all the marketing and advertising methods in Phase 3... I made the big mistake of focusing to much of my advertising with Google.... and that hurt me when they spread around the search and content exposure to more people recently. They previously gave long-term clients like myself more weight in their formula for giving impressions on their PPC. This is no longer the case... Anyone can get their foot firmly into Google and all the other search engines... with the right ads, bids and website content...

It is a good thing PPC is not the only way to bring traffic to your websites... or we all would have slimmer profit margins.

Yea I saw bosco saying in a previous post that he is getting the most bang for his buck out of high traffic sites. What affiliates should understand here is that you dont need to solely concentrate on the dot.com websites for advertising. There is a multitide of other websites in the countries that you have in your training eric. Alot of them I hope when I look should not have as much competition as the Dot.com sites. If doing this, would be recommended to make sure your aff,fuel and biz,opp offers are international offers

I think there would be huge scope here though, will look into it in january

I know you asked this a while back - but I haven't been online much lately because we just purchased a mobile home park - and finally closed on it, so I have been busy setting up bookkeeping, hiring manager, etc.

To make a long story short - I had knee replacement surgery after the Nascar season last year. When it
was time for my husband and I to go back on the road with Nascar, I was no where near ready. I thought
I was superwoman and would be able to run by February! Well here we were both unemployed!

He was able to find employment right away, so I had no choice but to work online from home while my knee
was healing. I found Erich's program through a google search, emailed a few people asking questions, and
everyone had great things to say about him. I knew I had no choice but to do as Erich said and I HAD to make this work.

I did contact the real estate office I used to work in and she had no openings but created a position for me, so I just work to cover vacations and sick days for people. I only work 2 or 3 days a month now. But that
is fine with me. I make more money online than I do working there anyway, and now with the mobile home park, I will probably quite after the first of the year.

I believe when you have a job you get in the comfort zone of depending on the check from the job, and then work this on a part time basis, and earn part time money, if you don't have a job like the situation I was in you will work this hard enough to MAKE it work for you like I did. We all know Erich's program works, and with this forum you are never alone. I am not making what I know this program can make yet - but I will
work it every day of my life!

But with that said - I also believe in multiple streams of income. So my husband and I have gotten involved in real estate investing as well. We buy rental properties, pre developed ocean subdivision properties, and now a mobile home park. I also am very involved in a couple of affiliate programs we have advertised on our sites at one time and making very good money with them.

Just like advertising your Work At Home Directory, I think it is better to advertise in several places than one. That is what I am doing to be able to stay home and work.

The fees you incur for sending or receiving funds via Paypal depend on the type of account you have, the type of transaction it is, etc. To view a full explanation of the various fees incurred, you can log into your Paypal account at www.paypal.com and then click on Fees at the bottom of the screen, or you can try this direct link (I'm not sure if it will work for you but you can try it...you probably have to be logged in though for it to work):

This is some food for thought.

To me this is a very interesting thread as whether or not you can say goodbye to your boss, I suppose depends on your various levels of income, expenses and debt.

For some the level of income required to be able to quit their job will be different to others.

For example, someone who owns their house and has no children to put through school, etc, will usually need a lot less income than someone who has young children, a mortgage and many years of high expense ahead of them.

In other words, the level at which you are finacially free is different to someone else.

I read through other threads in the forum and see some 3PP affiliates have income around the 10-12k income levle per month. Now, if my monthly income was around this level, with the expenses I have, I would quite easily be able to say goodbye to my job as that is around 5 to 6 times more per month I am earning in the quite unqualified and low paid job I am doing. Wow! That is heaps to me !

What's more, I am usually working on my site, read this forum, etc, late at night like many others here after a day at work where I have given my employer my best waking hours which are usually a person's most productive.

I often think that if I could do my site, etc, in the morning when my mind is at it's freshest, some things it has taken me weeks to understand and do because I am tired may have taken me much less time.

If I am doubting what I am doing with 3PP I go the the success stories thread of this forum and read through them. This positive input gives me the motivation to keep going and get back to work.

After all this, I take encouragement that I am probably closer to success than I think I am.

The same is most likely the same of many others in 3PP.

You should absolutely do this Ross.

When I still used to work for 'the man', I would get up at 4 a.m. many mornings to work on whatever my project was at the time before I went to work. The morning is definately my best time of the day, but it's different for everybody.

Even now working for myself offline, I still do the same thing. And I'm sure when I put my business up for sale in March and I'm doing this full time it won't change.

I can't remember where I read it, but the difference between those that achieve what they want and those that don't (on average) is about 10% more effort in terms of time. So based on a 480 minute work day that's just 48 minutes a day extra. Just something to think about.

I see it this way:

If you are making what what you are making at your job then I don't see any reason why one should continue to work at the "job". Why work for someone else if you can sit hours online and work hard and make the same or even greater income.

The TOPS is the greatest opportunity out there. I am saying this because I was "trying" to make money online for 3.5 years and I got nowhere. Iamgine if you go on for this time and are not making small or no income what soever. You are only spending and losing money.

The most important thing to do with Erich's training is to follow it step by step and to really NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER WHAT.

One last thing that I wanted to add is that if you are making good money with your TOPS site, it is just a matter of changing your subcouncious thoughts that keep telling you that you should stay at your job.

If any of you are considering leaving their conventional employment and relying on Internet based income ( and please understand, that is my goal as well ) please take into account the often taken for granted benefits that will have to be compensated for - medical coverage for you and your family, automatic payroll deductions of your income tax, social security payments, etc.

I highly encourage you to develop your Internet businesses to the point of financial freedom, but please take all these things into account before you make the break.

In addition I'd like to suggest that as the membership of TOPS increases and more successful Netrepeneurs move into financial freedom we might want to look into starting up a group medical plan for the members. I'm a long-time member who lost my link to your site. And in my six years absence I've missed a lot of topics including this one.

Yes, I'm full-time. I started my home-based business very part-time back in '84. I didn't make it as a full-time business until '87. But, it was in '93 when my business really started clicking when I switched from one distributor to my present one - Kaeser & Blair, Inc.

Although my business is home-based, I spend at least half of my working hours outside the home, calling on clients and/or attending various networking opportunities from 3 different Chambers of Commerce to other business organizations. I call on many of my clients face-to-face from SW Louisiana to Beaumont and Houston, TX. In addition I have a few online clients from Texas, Iowa, and Kansas to Colorado and Utah.

Promotional advertising is an industry that is over 120 years old, but only really developed into the $15 to $20 Billion industry in the last decade or so. From the old-school pens, pencils, yardsticks, celluloid buttons, calendars, t-shirts & caps, to fly swatters and watches, the industry has grown to over 900K different watches.
