What you see here are not "jobs." You are not hired as an employee. You are provided with tools and instructions to open your own business, at a very small fraction of what it would cost to open a "brick and mortar" business.
You can join the basic TOPS programs at no cost, but your potential for earning money is severely restricted.
You would not need a credit card to upgrade, but if you don't have one (even a pre-paid one) you would need a debit card tied to a bank account.

Hi Steven, The data entry programs that we are promoting have a fee attached to them because the info there can help you get the right info to make money online. If you go, for example, to a consultant who has the info that you are looking for, you will always need to pay an upfront fee for that info. There are people who don't want to pay for this info or program so the best thing that they can do is to get a job and get paid hourly. If they offer you a 30 days money back guarantee, then you have really NOTHING to lose and only to gain. All of the programs that we promote are legitiamte and honest. if they weren't, then we would not have added them to our sites for our visitors to view. Tal

Hi Steven,
Your best bet is to get a pre-paid debit or credit card. You can order these free online. It takes maybe ten days to get the card in the mail. Once you get it activate it online, then go to a local retailer and put some money on it. Then you can use it to purchase online or anywhere else for that matter. To join one of the programs you'll probably have to put 60 dollars on it 'cause I think they charge 10 dollars for the card once you activate it. Look at it this way even if you went to work at a fast food restaurant, you would be asked to buy non-slip shoes and black pants. You usually have to make some sort of investment to find and start work.
Good Luck, Susan

Steven
I started to add my 2 cents on this... but after looking at Tal, Sandi, and Susans advice... there is really nothing for me to add other than to reinforce what Tal has told you... regardless of what you choose to do... be prepared to do some hard work and learn some new things. The biggest problem I've seen with people joining one of our Tops programs [or tops itself] is they quit before they give themselves a chance to hit paydirt. There are no quick and easy income programs online... That is the one true and hard fact I've learned in the 10 years i have worked and made my living online...
Good Luck
Erich
PS: I guess I did have a little more to add... LOL

Nice to see you join us here. The TOPS training is basically getting trained on how to make money online from one of the most successful people online, Erich Winnecke. His training works and I would recommend that you join it rather then joining any of the data entry programs that we are promoting on our site. You can start with Erich's training by clicking here.

First off the Data Entry opportunity is not a JOB in the sense that you will have an employee/employer relationship with them. This is an online income program in which you will be self-employed.
You can certainly join the Data Entry program as a member and make money. However, you can also join Tops and make money. Both require that you do a significant amount of work to make a good income. At least if you join Tops you will have our Tops Forum members to help and support you along the way... It is mostly a matter of personal choice. All of our successful Tops members are affiliates of Data Entry and we earn income from the sales of that and many other work at home programs...
Take Care

If you are interested in doing the data entry most of our regular members have the Data entry typr work sites listed on their web sites. Tops and our work at home directory sells these programs and services. Whether you go with our TOP and 3 phase WAHD or decide to just purchase on of the data entry type programs ... you can be successful... if you work the plan.... Success comes in Cans.... with what my Grand Dad called elbow grease..

Something many [who are looking to earn income online] fail to consider is that most all the companies who offer work at home opportunities have costs and expenses themselves. These companies are also in business to make money. It is not much different than an offline employment agency who charges you a fee to find you work.
You may not be paying them cash out of your pocket but your hourly pay is reduced by the fee the employer pays the agency.... and now days many employment agencies charge applicants up front processing and/or registration fees for referring people to potential employers.
At least online you don't have the increasingly high cost of transportation to and from the agency and job source.
I always tell those who contact me about offers on my websites that all of the offers should be considered as second income sources for those who already have a primary income source.

I agree with Erich. These companies want to make money too so they will teach you everything that you need to know when it comes to making money online and charge you with a one time low fee.
It is that simple.
