The first thing you should do after you start your promotion of SFI is change the letter your new personally enrolled affiliates receive when they join under you... Here is the Welcome letter I use:

I keep both these on a word pad document and when I check my sfi email I use these to respond accordingly. I add personal notes to these based on the info I receive in the email contact. I also have about 10-12 other short responses to use based on the questions I have received. But I am not going to post those here. You will develop your owns as you go along and receive contacts. Use the above letters as a guide to make your own. If you don't have any history of success then use your TL's until you have your own.

I have been using your welcome letter for a couple weeks now and it is working well.
I have at least one or two new SFI affiliates a day and even had a day where I had 10 new
affiliates. But I have only had six people send me a reply. To those who have not sent me
a reply to the welcome letter when is it appropriate to send a follow-up letter?

What I have done is send a congrats to the ones who completed Smart Start using one of your follow-up letters.

Hello Everyone:

I have been promoting SFI for a while and have a lot of Prospects, but no EA's. I think it's time to start working on my downline. Could someone point me in the right direction or tell me what the best way is to convert them so I can start turning my Prospects into EA's? I've seen so many posts about this and I'm confused.

I know SFI is good for the residual income, but I know how you feel about getting EA's. I have gotten them using Erich's initial emails. I don't think I can post it here but if you don't have it and want it pm me and
I will forward it to you. But my poblem is they become EA for a couple months then drop out. So it is
an ongoing problem. I send plenty of emails, but don't give the "personal" help via phone. Seems like I am a BTL about every other month. Knock on wood I have 4 right now. Maybe you will get some good advice here. But I do know Erich's email series works.

No those letters are for the leads. Corbin wanted a letter to follow up with SFI only. I revised the very first email I received from Erich once I joined and that is the one I send out to SFI affiliates/prospects. I haven't
had time to read through SFI in a while to see if they have simplified everything as they said, but my letters
work pretty good to get them to become EA, but they don't stay EA. I need to do some revising and better
scheduling of sending follow up letters.

There have been lots of sample letters posted throughout the SFI board of this forum including a couple at the start of this thread, but I agree with Corbin that it's very easy to be overcome with information overload with all of the various tips, advice, and sample letters that are available.

I see that Erich just posted many older sample SFI follow-up letters here as well. There appears to be a great variety to choose from. I'd say the best advice of any is what you said Zeta in that thread, to keep in contact with your affiliates on a regular basis and help them out as much as possible.

Corbin has probably already seen this, but Jim had once started a good thread called SFI - turning A's into EA's? What's the secret? that can be found here, which revealed many helpful tips posted by various members.
