Secondy go to the SFI Glossary and study every term there and refer back to it when you don't understand the meaning of something. Login to your acct and Click on "Reference" then click on "glossary" or a shortcut...click on the following:

After that you will want to complete SMART START....again is needed. Read everything there again S L O W L Y. Print what you don't understand. Everyone needs to go thru this at least twice. Write down any questions you might have. Login to your acct using your sfi id# and password: www.sfimg.com/

After that go to the FAQ page and see if you can find the answers to your questions:

Actually, I wish I had spotted this an hour ago, I just replied to one of my SFI Affiliates with something I consider to be pretty poor in comparison to your excellent email above. Still, I love the learning curve on on right now 
I didn't really know how to approach people that just became affiliates and sent me an email asking me a ton of questions without even having done anything themselves (like Smart Start for example, which is strongly recommended in their welcome letter by Gery Carson!). Your letter is to the point and works great.
