Hi Tobes,
Great news on your SFI sign up, are they an Affiliate or Executive Affiliate?
There are many different approaches to helping anyone that signs up into SFI and the support that you can provide them will depend on what you are prepared to do and what they are prepared to recieve. Some don't want an assistance and just want to work at it in their own way, following the guidelines provided by SFI and some want as much assistance as possible. In order to find out what kind of support your new sign up will want I would send them a short friendly email introducing yourself, welcoming them to the SFI business and offering support if they would like it.
I'm not the best person to help out with writing the email as I've not had time to develop my SFI business as I would like, however I know that Erich and Lori have given some excellent examples in other threads which they are happy for you to use. Have a look around the SFI section of this forum.
I'm moving this thread to the SFI section too, as it's more relevant there and you're more likely to get some other suggestions there too.

I inherit people almost every month.

Hi Tobes, I am very happy for you that you go your first SFI affiliate. What I would suggest is that you become EA and stay that way for the long term. Every month for the rest of your life. You need to make a commitment to sticking with SFI. That's ONE thing. When you get a chance, I suggest that you join Erich's SFI co-op and do that each and every month. After you do both, I suggest that you open the link to the post that Chris (Stirls) made about the 1:1 ratio. erichw33.proboards53.com/index.cgi?board=erichw33&action=display&thread=1142317609You have to take massive action with SFI because SFI is the residual income that is most imortant factor for the long term.
