Yes, we eliminated the option to create a new Powerline TL co-op, and the option to keep sponsorship for yourself, since it conflicts with T-Net 2.0 coming January 1st.

However, you can still do standard TL co-ops with the sponsorship awarded to the participants in your co-op.
