Since announcing some of our proposed changes to the SFI compensation plan, we've continued to look at approaches that would further simplify the plan. Our updated version looks like this:
1. Every EA earns an Executive Bonus (EB) every month (based on the CV below them in the corporate Powerline). The minimum is expected to be over $9.00 monthly and can grow as SFI grows.
2.For every EA you are the sponsor of, you earn an Executive Match (EM) of their monthly Executive Bonus (100%-200% first month/50% subsequent months).
3. If you are a Team Leader (TL) and in any of the six upline slots above the sponsor of any EA, you earn an override commission (on all subsequent months) which we have renamed the Team Match (TM).
- 50% Match of the EA's Exec Bonus if you're the only TL of the six
- 25% Match of the Exec Bonus if you are one of 2 TLs in the six
- 16% Match of the Exec Bonus if you are one of 3 TLs in the six
- 13% Match of the Exec Bonus if you are one of 4 TLs in the six
- 10% Match of the Exec Bonus if you are one of 5 TLs in the six
- 8% Match of the Exec Bonus if you are one of 6 TLs in the six
To qualify as an EA, you need just 10 SVP.
To qualify as a TL, you need just 10 SVP and 5 personally sponsored EAs (Current TLs will all be grandfathered in for 3 months at their 12/31/06 level).
Everything's based on matches of the Executive Bonus.
Eight Reasons why we really like this plan:
1. Clean, simple, fair, and easy to understand/explain.
2. Much faster payout than T-Net 1.0.
3. EAs get a guaranteed check every month, and can be in profit with just a handful of recruits.
4. You only need to be a TL to start earning the biggest money SFI has to offer. And the qualifications for TL are realistic and attainable for all.
5. Earn 50-200% matches monthly on every EA you personally sponsor, PLUS up to 50% matches monthly on every NON-personally sponsored EA joining your group.
6. Unlimited earnings potential because every generation is unlimited wide. You can place hundreds or even thousands of affiliates on your first level if you want and build a monster-size organization. If everyone sponsors just five, you would have 5 affiliates on your first generation, 25 on your second, 125 on your third, 625 on your fourth, 3125 on your fifth, 15625 on your sixth, and 78125 on your seventh. With the ability to earn monthly 8%-50% matches on each EA in these seven generations, there's tremenous earnings potential.
7. No blockage. So long as you maintain the basic TL qualifications, you'll always earn a percentage of all the CV in your seven-generation group.
Truly big checks, leveraged income, and residual income, all come from having a robust "front end." If the "little guy" on the front end isn't seeing results, the "back end" residual income materializes very slowly in a compensation plan. We feel these modifications create the most "user-friendly" comp plan we've ever offered and we are very excited about what it's going to do for SFI in the coming years.
One final iimportant component that should be mentioned is in regards to commissions on retail sales.
Having a strong retail program is very important because a portion of every retail sale goes into the Executive Bonus. And of course, the larger the Executive Bonus, the larger the Executive Matches and Team Matches become! Everyone wins if we have a robust retail program.
With that objective in mind, here are some things we are doing with T-Net 2.0 to boost retailing:
1. We are looking at paying all retail sale commissions instantly via the coming SFI Cash Card.
2. Wholesale pricing on almost every SFI product will be available to ALL EAs. This will result in more personal purchases, more "power retailing," more case sales, etc.
3. New retailing tools, new product Gateways.
4. A bigger and better NOC in 2007.
5. A major new, highly retailable product coming this Spring.
Here's one more item to get your juices flowing:
What are the primary incentives in T-Net 2.0 to become an EA? There are many of course: The new Executive Bonus, the companywide Powerline and daily Powerline Growth Recap notifications, new wholesale access benefit, etc.
But we want to put another powerful tool in your hands.
Effective with the launch of T-Net 2.0, you will have the ability to reassign sponsorship on all of your personally sponsored affiliates. A new tool coming in January will allow you to make these assignments instantly, whenever you need (any one affiliate can have sponsorship reassigned a maximum of one time).
What is the benefit of reassignment? There are many ways to use this tool, but the basic concept is that it allows you to "configure" your group in the most profitable way for you and your team members.
Example: Found someone who is interested in becoming an EA, but needs just a little extra "push?" Offer to reassign sponsorship on some of the affiliates you're bringing into SFI. Once he's made the move, you can instantly reward him or her. You can reassign affiliates, EAs, even TLs (with big groups under them) if you want. It's totally up to you.
The person you've rewarded will now earn the Executive Matches and be positioned for even more Team Matches.
And so that there's no real penalty to you for doing this, when commissions are processed, the matches on affiliates you've reassigned will automatically roll up to you if the person you awarded the reassignments to would for some reason give up their EA status.
Reassignment is a simple but extremely powerful tool to help you create excitement and growth in your organization. And there's virtually no penalty or risk for using it as much as you like.
How many more EAs will you be seeing in your group with the use of this tool? How many more of your EAs will remain EA every month? We believe this new tool has the potential for creating unprecedented growth in your group. And it's only weeks away from being at your disposal!
