I understand that we are supposed to be able to transfer SFI free affiliates to those in our downline beginning in 2007. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks, Eileen

Thanks, Eileen Eileen, That is a tool that SFI should be making available soon. That and the Contact Manager will be tied to our sponsored geneology. Hopefully they will get those up and running over the next few days. I do not remember seeing any rules or how or under what conditions. If I remember correctly SFI did have a similar tool in the program about two-three years ago. Its purpose was to be able to transfer to What we call EA's potential affiliates. We will have to see what Gery comes up with over the next few days/weeks.

I will keep checking the SFI site. I just didn't know where to look to find the information. Their site isn't easy to navigate. I did see that I went from having about 25 free affiliates under me to have 35,000. That was interesting. I can't belive that many people have joined since mid-November.

Eileen What I always recommend to new SFI affiliates is to take some time each day start at the top of the Navigation Menu and work your way toward the bottom. Each link does open up more pages with more links. (A short-cut) toward the bottom of the Navigation Menu is a site map that has the major web links) What you want to happen now with those below is is they all make regular purchases, for all that do you will get a % as long as you are EA... You can transfer affiliates through the co-op manager. You will need to set up a tracking code to do so though.
It used to be set up that you had the option to keep sponsorship and build powerlines, but this option has been removed.

Michael, What about contacting all these people in our Powerline now? I don't want to be missing something - are we able to contact them? Should we? Wouldn't that mean they could be contacted by tons? Just want to be sure I am following the right tracks. Let me know if you have any clue about this (which I am sure you do!) Robin

I know, I've just quit contacting my downline at all since the New Year. I'm not sure whether my email series is correct, as I don't really understand the new system, and my personally sponsored affiliate list seems to keep growing and shrinking as SFI plays with the stats.
I figured I would just lay low until everything settles.
It looks like the ranks of Bronz, Gold, Silver and Platinum team leader have disappeared? So a simple "Team Leader" is the highest rank now?

Robin I do not believe we currently have a way to contact them (The Powerline) unless there is an option placed into the Contact Manager. If that were the case number 39,000 could potentially receive 38,999 e-mails. If you happen to show up in their upline they might contact you. Which opens the door to answer questions and be willing to assist them. In fact, that is how I learned about TOP's because I contacted my upline and Erich and/or Tom provided my with some advice and pointed me in this direction. Michael

Deb, Once the Contact Manager is up and running we should be able to contact those who are not on the "Full Access Report" through the Contact manager. What I have done, is to review my links the links I use in my series to make sure they are not inactive. For example if I have one that opened the pages on compensation, does it still do so? Now if you had information about specific details you might need to edit that. For the most part I also use broad strokes in the series that point to the SFI pages, rather than specifics that can change. I will say that the links that I have used still point to pages that open, and are still tied to the "subject" even though the detail may be different. As to numbers in the downline "genealogy" the gen 1 are those you have personally recruited. Gen 2 and upward are those who are recruited by those you have sponsored. In a nutshell we want to help those that show up in our Gen 1 become successful thereby filling Gen 2; 3; 4; 5; the higher you can get those figures the stronger your personal organization (and income) The powerline outside those who are in your genealogy help in that you will receive a % of sales (which can be nice). I am not sure what the levels will be called, currently I have Bronze showing, but that is from 16 SVP that was purchased from my V-store products by someone. I do not believe SFI has posted everyones personal SVP for their Standing Order. This has been a little long-winded, but over-all continue to do what you were with contacting people. Just verify your links. I believe you will find most still serve the same purpose as a month ago. Michael

Michael,
Thanks so much for your help with SFI !! I feel I have a good understanding of things but my confidence is not there with it. When I read your posts, I feel that I confirm my understanding which makes me more confident and then I always get a tidbit of info that helps me with my campaign or knowledge.
Thanks for being so up to date and sharing with us!
Robin
