I have a question about the contact manager in SFI. I have 33 active affiliates right now. I want to send all of them the same message. When I went to contact manager it would only allow me to send message to 15 of them. These are the ones, I assume, who have completed smart start. Is there any way of knowing for sure who I sent to? And why wasn't I allowed to send the message to the rest of my affiliates? Thanks Nancy

Great question. I also would like to know. I have been building my own group email lising as I receive new members for that very reason. At least when I send it, I know who is receiving the message.

For reasons that make no sense to me but must to SFI, people on your Full Access Report (who really don't have full access at all - they only have limited access ) will not receive anything sent through Contact Manager. If you count them they are probably the difference between what you thought you were sending and what you actually sent.
From my perspective, not being able to contact them through Contact Manager only makes us jump through extra hoops in our efforts to keep in touch, because we have to load them into another autoresponder or send them individual messages which can overload our isp's.
But as usual (with tongue firmly in cheek), SFI didn't contact me before making the decision!
