Hi everyone,
What I keep seeing everyday is that many people will simply not build their SFI team because their upline is not contacting them and not showing them that they are there and active.
I just want to say that now that you are in SFI and are sponsoring new SFI affiliates under you, you should become the leader and lead by example.
Don't wait for your SFI sponsor to follow up with you. You got to take action because at the end of the day, you are building yourself, your team, and your business.
YOU ARE THE LEADER....

Tal,
You are so right !!!
SFI offers a vast amount of information on exactly how to build your team. Waiting for your sponsor to contact you is a big mistake. You have to take action immediately and the first place to start is reading the information that SFI provides.
Another point is that you want to set an example - you want to be that Leader that reaches out to their team. You may not receive contact from many affiliates you sponsor but you should continue to follow up with each and everyone of them. Some do not respond immediately so don't give up on them.
SFI is a business and you must treat it that way in order to be successful!

I completley agree - When I started in SFI I read so many things on MLM and network marketing about how the key to successin network marketing was to sponsor as many people as possible so that one day you end up sponsoring a heavy hitter. That mentality did not sit well with me - I see network marketing as helping others succeed and as a result you succeed.
So I made the point of becoming my own heavy hitter and set out a path to become one. There is nothing stopping anyone in SFI, especially TOPS members, in becoming the heavy hitter on their team.
