You are right... Not to take anything away from Chris or anyone else... but I have cut back on my advertising budget in the hopes of semi-retirement... I've been very active with this business for nearly 10 years now... 7 days a week- 365 days a year... so I'm trying to cut back in some areas and look at some offline investments... to hopefully carry me into full retirement within 5 years... I didn't want to make a big deal out of it with an announcement or anything like that. But knew it would be rather obvious with the different Leader Boards we see and look at....

Hopefully, this will give you guys a bit more room to maneuver... even though there is plenty of room for everyone... and will be for a long time to come.

I will naturally keep Tops and this Forum open and online as long as there is interest... and will continue to participate as much as possible...

Thanks for the reply and the explanation.

This just prooves to everyone on this forum - that if you advertise - you do good!

When you cut back on advertising - you start going down the ladder! Keep advertising!

I wish you all the best in your offline investments, but I am sure being the type of person you are that you will
do great and probably retire sooner than that - you deserve it! Wow I can only imagine the changes you
have seen over 10 years, and I thought it had changed a lot in the 1 year I have been online.

At first I was sad when I read your post about retirement - but heck you deserve it!
And I know you won't be able to stay completely away from us, so it is ok. My husband and I too
have invested in Real Estate for early retirement someday. It has been a crazy year, but we didn't
want to put all our eggs in one basket.

Maybe you don't want to make a big deal out of it - but I think we should have a "retirement
party"!! Wouldn't it be fun to get everyone together? We have plenty of time to plan!
